hmmmmm Direct TV or Armstrong cable? Since I have called both three different times and got three different prices from each on the same package. It's easier to get the truth from a politician than to get a straight answer from either cable or satellite.

I'm going with Dish. The Hopper is impressive, and their prices are excellent. I will get a 3 year price lock on a 2 year deal. That's much better than DirecTV's 1 year guarantee on a 2 year deal. My mom's went from $90 to $150, and they say there is nothing they can do. I'll pay the $250 buyout to save $50/month on her TV. That's paid off in 5 months of savings.

I have to wonder why these companies bend over backwards trying to get new customers, then tell their current customers to go ..... shut up and pay the bill. My DirecTV was set up autopay, and was obviously never late. 5 years of on time payments, and they told me to go ... shove off.

It makes zero sense to me. If I have a customer who pays their bill like clockwork, and who has been loyal for 5 years + ..... I would want to keep them .... not chase them away.

I have to add that Spectrum's offerings were kind of a joke. Their DVR is one room only. If you have 2 DVRs, they don't connect to each other. That's essentially useless. Time Warner's DVRs used to connect, but Spectrum bought them and is using inferior technology. Yea.

Finally... why do bad things happen to good people?

Cause instead of smoking the green, as I put it there naturally, people instead turn to man made pills and declare them legal. man is too materialistic in their own creations, and because of that, unfortunately the materialism consumes good people and makes them do bad things.

I suggested that people grow dreads and smoke the natural herb, but instead they get high and tight haircuts and end up with opioid-induced constipation.

I hate trying to listen to something on the web on my phone on Verizon in some of the ritziest neighborhoods around here and because they don't want to 'ruin their skyline' cell reception sucks.

Overall, as good as they say it is. When they went to unlimited data, we ditched the DSL (I live way back off the road, no cable back here) and got a mobile hotspot, went from 3mbps to anywhere between 50-100mbps.

Cell phone is the same way. It ain't cheap, I have four phones and the hotspot and it's $312.00 a month. And that's with a 15% military discount. Does sprint offer that?

Yea sprint offers a military discount, but even with that I'm paying between 330-345 any given bill cycle.

I have 2 iPhones and 4 iPads all on one data plan. Which is constantly going over because my wife likes face timing her friends in Germany out in public. It got to the point I started tell her that she needs to start paying the phone bill if she do all that extra crap.

Or maybe I'm just mad cause she's speaking German and I dunno if she's talking trash about me lmao

But yea the sprint coverage isn't good. I want to make the swap and I heard Verizon is the best in northeast Ohio.

Hey SWISH FYI there is a provider called CRICKET that uses ATT and it is 55.00 per phone including unlimited everything data ,text, taxes check it out it may save you a lot

4 Ipads all on data plans? That's gotta hurt. I'd be hot spotting my phone to the Ipads as I need them. I have a couple Ipads but I only use them at home on the WiFi. When I travel, I hot spot the Ipad to one of our phones and it works great while driving or overnight stays with no wifi. I'm on T-Mobile with two phones. Unlimited. My bill with the 2 phone payments (iphone 6 S+) is $190 a month. I stream my TV Dish Network to the phone all day long. No issues with the data plan at all.
