honestly, Mixon is good value around there too

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Atlanta would like to trade up to one of the Browns picks if their guy is still there. Putting it there as an option. Will throw in 63, 95 and 174

I think it's still a bit early for nominations for 52 and 53.

Yes. One pick has already been sent to me. I have two picks (unless someone takes the Broncos) inbetween the Browns. The rest of the GM's seem highly active. I don't see the harm in getting a list for the Browns, even though I understand people want their guy to fly under the radar at the moment.

I sent TL a trade offer, he just got to log on and has accepted it. Can we do the deal? We wouldn't be delaying the draft any

With the 45th pick in the 2017 Dawgtalkers Mock Draft,

The Miami Dolphins select Dorian Johnson, Guard, Pitt

Guard has been a problem area for the Phins for years. Miami had to dump starting left tackle Branden Albert and left guard Billy Turner because of the mess their cap situation is in. Last year's first round pick Laremy Tunsil will kick out to tackle, leaving a big gaping hole at left guard.

Johnson is a pedigreed player... five star recruit who paved the way for John Conner's production on the ground with the Panthers. Johnson's ability to find defenders to block on the move is an ideal fit for Adam Gase's zone-based offensive scheme.

Apologies on predator's delay. Pacific Time here means I was at work and only just saw his PM.

No worries man! My board was stacked so I was ok with moving back but King is a huge coup for my system. He's arguably the best ncaa cb this but comes with transition and position questions. Cover 2 schemes are rare these days but he specifically fits very well imo. I think he has Ronde barber type ability in the right system.

It is starting to get "late" on the east coast. Should we make recommendations and second them tonight to get a poll out there tonight, or wait until we're ready? It just seems that the Browns picks take a day, and I was thinking getting a poll up tonight might speed things up (maybe not).

Also, 2 different polls, or take the top 2 guys since we're back to back?

If want to take the top 2 guys, it should be a pill where you can choose two. Pretty sure our polls have that functionality.

I wouldn't be opposed to two polls though I understand that may take longer. The 1st selection may impact the 2nd

I nominate.....

Obi Melifonwu SS Conneticut
Caleb Brantley DT Florida
Chris Godwin WR Penn State
Evan Ingram TE Ole Miss

These are seconds if they were previously nominated. I did not see these names mentioned yet. Personally I take Obi Melifonwu and Brantley at 52 and 53. Then take best WR or TE at round 3 pick 1.

Go Browns

According to pff (which we all know the FO lines up well with) bpa is...
Jordan Willis edge kst
Tim williams edge Bama
Jourdan Lewis cb Michigan
Obi melifonwu S uconn
Jarrod Davis lb Florida
Dd Westbrook wr ok(visit)
Caleb Brantley 3T Florida
Sidney jones cb wash
Alvin Kamara rb tennis
Justin Evans s a&m
Quincy Wilson cb Florida
Taylor motor OG Wm

So them plus maybe hodges te VT
Zay jones wr ecu
Smith Schuster wr USC

I think that's all the likely possibilities. I nominate Willis and hodges. It may be a little early for hodges but I have him as my te2 for us so who knows. Willis may not be a position of need at this point but you can never have too many rushers aND there have been many write ups about how position isn't as important as level of player. Willis is an absolute steal at this point with elite athleticism, character and production.

I also 2nd Westbrook. And I'd like to add that maybe we just take the top 3 prospects who arent pick #52 to create the 2nd poll. Probably the most accurate vote.

I'd like to recommend Fabian Moreau CB/FS.

I'd also like to second Obi Melifonwu and Evan Engram

If we're voting, I'd say no on the trade offer.

Godwin would be someone I'd look at here

Guys, my intention was to do as CHS said and have one poll and take the top two players. Obi Melifonwu ran away with the voting with double as many as the next guy so far, so I think we should call pick 52 for him. One person said they voted for Brantley because they couldn't vote for Jones, and four people said they "write in" Jones, which would make it 6-5 Brantley and Jones, significantly ahead of the other eligible candidates. Please vote in the run off poll between Brantley and Zay Jones.

If you haven't voted yet for pick 53, please vote. we have 25 votes in right now, I'd like to see one guy get to 20 votes if possible. One of them is close.
