I wish we played with 3 LBers more. The idea of Kirksey, Jarrad Davis, and Jamie Collins is great. I also really like the idea of Kirksey, Collins, TJ Watt.

Jarrad Davis is a coverage beast. I think he makes a great WILB and he can get to the passer.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

I think if the Browns' draft pans out how it has so far I'll be a happy camper. I mean - DE Garrett QB Trubisky CB White SS Melinfonwu WR Jones The only pick I don't really like is Jones. I feel there were better players available and I'd prefer someone like Kupp, Westbrook, Taylor at receiver later potentially. Still, that is nit picking EDIT - there's still a LOAD of talent left on the board. I'd be tempted to leverage some later picks to try and move up.

You like guys that drop the ball? I like guys that are consistently productive with gronk size but more dynamically athletic despite only playing the position for 3 years. You don't? I don't dislike engram I just think we already have a move TE.

I don't dislike engram I just think we already have a move TE. I really, really wanted to like Hodges. I saw his SPARQ, his size, his stats, and in this one mock similar to this I'm doing I traded around expecting to draft him. Then I went back and re-watched his draftbreakdown. There are way too many times he doesn't make the contested catch when a guy his size should. I had to pass. He's way too inconsistent. If you can't reliably catch catchable balls, you might as well play for the defense. Yes, his athleticism is great... he flies off the snap, he can run, he can jump, he's huge, he occasionally makes truly remarkable catches... but as we've seen too many times, guys that drop the ball are going to keep dropping the ball. Add to that that he's not a strong blocker despite his size and what are you going to do with him? Can't rely on him to make the critical 3rd down catches, can't put him inline and expect to get push out of him, and what are you left with? A tease. Anyway, that's just my opinion. Somebody draft him.

Can't get off press. Too weak and skinny. Zay is a monster. I'm surprised no one has picked a WR since the 15th pick.

Browns pick #53, Zay Jones, had 158 receptions (100 more than his next-closest teammate) in 12 games last year.

He's my fourth rated WR. He is so dangerous. He absolutely destroyed the Florida DB's two years ago. He's going to be good in the NFL.

Hey I'm not sure to put this, so I'll put it here. Anyone who is interested in the draft and has $20 bucks to spend, I'd buy the draft guide from PFF. They do a lot of research on a lot of players. At this point you'll get version 2 (their more indepth guide) for the next two drafts. That's a steal, honestly.

Myles Garrett 12. Jamal Adams 33. Jourdan Lewis 52. Ahkello Witherspoon 65. Nathan Peterman

The Texans could use an LB who can cover. I was hoping to snag Jarrad Davis, but the Jets beat me to him. Tyus Bowser has superior athleticism which allows him to cover in space and he also offers some developing pass rush ability. Bowser can play inside and outside which adds to his value.

Love the 1st 2 picks.
At #33, Gareon Conley was available (selected at #42) who I would much prefer. I would also prefer to take Sydney Jones who went ay #46
At #52, I would have taken Markus Williams who went at #60 or Zay Jones who went #61.
At #65, I won't argue against taking a Qb but I like Jaleel Johnson, Antonio Garcia, Raekwon McMillan, Rasoul Douglas, Cameron Sutton and Chris Godwin better.
Interestingly, Budda Baker doesn't go until pick #81. I didn't list him as an option because I don't believe that he lasts anywhere near that long.
Am I perfect? No Am I trying to be a better person? Also no

These are the guys that are currently slated to be on the voting list for 65, whether because they were on a previous voting list or they have since been nominated and seconded. If there is someone else you'd like to have considered, please nominate them.
Chris Godwin, WR Penn St DeDe Westbrook, WR Oklahoma State Taylor Moton, OL Western Michigan Fabian Moreau, DB UCLA Josh Jones, Safety NC State Bucky Hodges, TE Virginia Tech Sydney Jones, CB Washington Quincy Wilson, CB Florida

The Chiefs need a consistent guy opposite Peters and Quincy Wilson has plenty of upside. At 59 he seemed a solid take.

I honestly don't understand how Wilson is rated so low. I think he could start at corner or safety.

I honestly don't understand how Wilson is rated so low. I think he could start at corner or safety. His cockiness and his mouth, perhaps? But, he has good reviews from people closest to him (coaches) and he lets his play speak for himself. I have seen a couple boards that have him higher than Tabor. So yea...59 seemed a steal. But, I now have other holes I need to address. I wish I had the Browns picks to work with!

Are we going to pick the gm like we did the draft picks, nominations and votes? lol
Either way, I'd nominate Larry Ogunjobi, DT
Statistics are like a bikini; what they show is interesting, but what they hide is vital. Drive for show (1st round), Putt for dough (rest of draft).
