This would allow Cleveland the first two picks of Day 3 (108, 109). There is still some major value left on the board here. Cleveland would still have the following picks if accepting the trade:

108, 109, 185, 210, 223, 234.

Is the board interested?

In the real world (and I guess in this mock also), I'd be all for it. The Bears at #111 and #117 are honing in on the value here...

the reason i disagree with this is that at 109 the Browns are still in a position to get a starter. All the other picks, whether in the 180s or in the 200s are destined to compete for depth. Pick 145 is probably not a starter at an important position like 109 potentially is.

For example, there are two players still available that were on the polls for 65. One of them was on the poll for 52. Both could be available at 108 & 109, but neither will be available at 145.

It's kind of like saying, would you rather have a starting free safety or starting wide receiver by taking the trade? Or would you rather get better backup linebackers and backup tight end with those last picks by not taking the trade?

JMinput.

I think we can find contributors in the 5th round. I just don't see the overall value in the other picks you're offering the Browns.

Anyone have an updated big board of who's left. I haven't updated mine since my last pick if not before.

also I'm lazy.

Leggett was a real nice pick there. Guy is so clutch. Not the athlete that Hodges is but he's a go-to guy that can be counted on.

With the 109th pick in the 2017 Dawgtalker Mock Draft,

The Miami Dolphins select Vincent Taylor, Defensive Tackle, Oklahoma State

While the Dolphins didn't plan on spending two high picks on defensive tackles, their roster could certainly use it and they feel they got tremendous value in McDowell and Taylor. Ndamukong Suh is the a great player but has managed to underperform to his contract in Miami. Jordan Phillips hasn't lived up to his draft status or expectations. Behind those two, they've got nobody of note. This guy has the production and measurables of a top 50 pick. He's got a good backstory as he overcame being a displaced Katrina victim. He plays with at times unsettling power. He's really a monster of a man. Despite having over 34" arms, he put up the third most bench reps of all interior DL at the combine. Blocks a lot of kicks. He's nowhere near as heavy but when I see him play the guy that keeps flashing in my head is Shaun Rogers. The Dolphins top offseason priority was improving their run defense and in adding McDowell, Walker, and now Taylor to the defensive line, they feel they've done a lot to accomplishing that goal.

With the 112th pick in the 2017 Dawgtalkers Mock Draft,

The Los Angeles Rams select ArDarius Stewart, Wide Receiver, Alabama

The Rams had the worst offense in the league last year, but they didn't exactly set up their rookie quarterback for success. They have already begun to address the offense by adding Andrew Whitworth and Antonio Garcia to the offensive line. Now they are charged with adding targets for Goff, who lost last year's top wideout Kenny Britt. ArDarius Stewart is a big strong target who is fast with the ball in his hands. Alabama used him mainly on screens, flys, outs, and jet sweeps. He is not the craftiest route runner at this stage of his career but he is dangerous with the ball in his hands. He is also a violent blocker, which will help in an offense centered around Todd Gurley.

With the 69th pick in the 2017 Dawgtalkers Mock Draft,

The Los Angeles Rams select Jourdan Lewis, Cornerback, Michigan

The Rams defense lost a lot of steam last year, and the most notable difference in personnel was the departure of Janoris Jenkins to the Giants. Jourdan Lewis is widely regarded as a top 50 talent in this draft (rated as highly at 26 overall by Pro Football Focus) who has seen his draft projections fall with the spectre of a pending domestic violence situation looming. Lewis provides an immediate upgrade to the outside corner position, and allows EJ Gaines to move back inside where he will be more effective.

Tennessee would be interested in trading down from pick 124 into the 130-140 range if anyone is interested in moving up. Message me with offers.

Unfortunately Indy's 8 hours are up. According to CBS, the top 3 remaining players (ranked 93, 94, 95) are a WR, a C, and a Safety. Looking at their roster, safety is a pretty big need and they drafted a center in the first round last year. Does anybody want to weigh in on this?

This is actually completely my fault. Dawg66 sent me his picks early this morning, and I forgot about it and who was on, by noon.

The Colts select Marcus Maye, Safety, Florida

Here's CBS (as of a couple weeks ago), unless I missed someone

Amara Darboh -WR
Tyler Orlosky -C
Eddie Jackson -SS
Chad Hansen -WR
Taywan Taylor -WR
Danny Isidora -OG
Chad Wheeler -OT
Malachi Dupre -WR
Carlos Watkins -DT (I view him as 3TDT)
Justin Evans -SS
Kendell Beckwith -ILB

These guys are all CBS rated between 93rd and 111th best player in their list.

Best CBS rated QBs and their ratings
193 Jerod Evans QB
238 Chad Kelly QB
246 C.J. Beathard QB

In my opinion, the next three guys that are 1TDT on the list.
130 Davon Godchaux DT
164 Jarron Jones DT
169 DeAngelo Brown DT

And their top 3 CB
138 Howard Wilson CB
145 Corn Elder CB
155 Brian Allen CB

since predator asked about defense and QB, here's the current BPA list for CBS:

according to CBS' big board, these are BDPA:

95 Eddie Jackson, Safety, Alabama
109 Carlos Watkins, DT Clemson
110 Justin Evans, Safety Texas A&M
111 Anthony Walker, Jr. ILB Northwestern

At QB, they're pretty picked over. Highest rated left by CBS are
193 Jerod Evans, QB, Virginia Tech
233 Chad Kelly, QB Ole Miss

Also, here's Buffalo's current projected depth chart. On defense, it would seem like they would be looking at a safety or a weakside linebacker. Predator already drafted a corner for defense.

Since their time is up (by more than an hour) and predator is not online, I recommend we give them Eddie Jackson.

With the 124th pick in the 2017 Dawgtalkers Mock Draft,

The Miami Dolphins select Raaaayyyyshaaawwwwn Jeennkiiiinnnns, Safety, Miami

Adding yet another piece to their defense, the Dolphins select the local high-energy and hard-hitting Rayshawn Jenkins. Jenkins plays the free safety position with a strong safety's demeanor. Always around the ball, Jenkins impacts the defense play in and play out. Teaming him up with Reshad Jones makes for a very athletic back end of the defense.
