Twitter and social media has a ton of videos floating around the internet.

This guy recorded himself executing an elderly man, and giving no darns about it.

He said he killed like 13 people, but the news is saying no other shootings have been reported.

If you are in Cleveland, stay inside!!!

Cleveland cops on Sunday were hunting a man who they believe shot and killed another man in a horrifying Easter afternoon attack – that was brazenly broadcast live on Facebook.

Cleveland Police named the suspect as Steve Stephens, who claimed on Facebook “to have committed multiple other homicides which are yet to be verified.” Stephens is considered armed and dangerous and civilians are advised not to approach him.

FOX8 reported that Stephens is believed to be driving a white Ford Fusion with temporary tags.

The Sunday shooting occurred just south of Interstate 90 in the Glenville neighborhood. Stephens also posted another video of himself talking on the phone about at least 13 other alleged murders he says he’s committed. He said at one point he “messed up.”

“And I’m about to keep killing until they catch me,” Stephens said, according to NBC.

No information about the victim was immediately available.

A spokeswoman for Beach Brook, a children's mental health facility in Cleveland, confirmed that Stephens was a case worker there, but had no further details.

Video of the murder was posted at 2 p.m. but soon taken down. It was partially captioned “Easter day slaughter.” The account hadn’t been active since 3:30 p.m. Eastern time.

The FBI's Cleveland field office said it was assisting Cleveland police in the investigation, as was the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Cleveland State University, which is located near the suspected shooting scene, posted a message on its Twitter account urging people to shelter in place or stay away from the area.

He's not black, but he does have dark white skin, according to Fox 8 news.

When someone says "dark white", that's exactly what I think of.

What really makes this worse in a sense is that this Steve Stephens is a social worker.. This is the guy that's supposed to help others? wow that is just scary

Agreed. My God, it's bad enough just knowing about it. My 8 year old twin daughters saw it reported on NBC this morning while getting ready for school and we had a little chat about it.

I have thought that things like this could very well be examples of demonic possession. Some people laugh at such ideas, but how does a normal, rational, human being decide that this is a great idea?

We (CPD) have dedicated many resources to finding him. The FBI, Homeland, and outside agencies are helping. Possibilities;

1) He found himself a good hiding space (gone to ground)
2) Friends or family, through misguided loyalty, are hiding and protecting him.
3) He's already committed suicide and we haven't found the body.
4) He's out of state.

Personally, I think #3 is the most likely.

I watched it. I just struggle to believe it. (not that it happened - I saw it - but that someone could do that.)

The age of the victim doesn't really matter, and yet it does matter. I'd feel not much different if the victim was 34 instead of 74.

The guy had done nothing. NOTHING. Just walking.

When I was much younger I watched the video of the terrorists beheading that American. It horrified me and haunted me for a long time. What has been seen cannot be unseen. So nope to any viewing of dead people. And especially not the killing of people. Thats sick.

They know the guy's name. They have photos of him. They obviously know his ID numbers (like SS#)

The investigators are going to be interviewing every person who ever knew this guy.

He can't hide. Even with help. Not for very long. Not today.

My job asked me why I was on ESPN so much during work hours.

Plus, he literally was posting on youtube, twitter, instagram, gave out his cell phone on the internet, was answering calls, texts, etc ... for like hours.
