With the Interior OL we have on the roster, I'm not really feeling another center.
Tretter, Reiter, Martin, Fabiano, Greco. That's not even including Bitonio and Zeitler.
Not sure who I would pick, but I don't see Roullier having much chance of making the roster.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

I'd vote either Jamaal Williams (RB) or Ben Gedeon (ILB)

Isaiah Ford vs. Austin Carr was a hard choice to make.

Y'all keep sneaking up on me when I'm at work.
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

This draft might not have a lot of top end talent at wideout but it sure seems pretty deep

Tretter, Bitonio, and Greco have had injury history. Reitler is the second best center prospect. He should hopefully make the team. If not, it's a 5th round pick.

I say we continue but....ultimately it is up to CHS. Also, I guess some folks have already dropped out or lost interest.

If Charger is unable to get his pick in by the top of the hour I'll put a pick in for him. 66 if you're reading this you'll go OTC no later than 30 minutes

I'm just being impatient, it's been almost 50 picks since my last one. No worries either way. I'd like to continue if we have enough folks to do so. Interesting draft so far, some players have been picked already that I projected 6/7/UDFA, and there are some I'm surprised are still around. I'd like to see how we do compared to the actual draft, on average - but I can do that pretty well with 189 picks

Ok guys, the draft starts in a week, and we've got 56 picks to go. Let's target about 12 picks a day to make sure we finish in time!
If you think you won't be on when your pick comes up, please send a short list (2-3 guys) to someone so they can post your pick for you.
Is there anyone who is currently not participating but following closely who would be willing to accept short lists for drafters to help keep us moving?

I know I'm participating, but I would help with that if no one is available to do so.
Statistics are like a bikini; what they show is interesting, but what they hide is vital. Drive for show (1st round), Putt for dough (rest of draft).

With the 189th pick in the 2017 Dawgtalker Mock Draft, The Los Angeles Rams select Samson Ebukam, Linebacker, Eastern Washington With the 199th pick in the 2017 Dawgtalkers Mock Draft, The Los Angeles Rams select Ejuan Price, Linebacker, Pittsburgh The Rams are transitioning to a 3-4 defense under new defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, and even casual fans know that the rush linebackers are a critical element to the success of the defense. Looking at the Rams depth chart, which features Connor Barwin and Robert Quinn as likely starters, would indicate they are well-prepared for this transition. However, Barwin arrived in Los Angeles this year on just a one-year $3.5 million contract, and while Quinn is under contract through 2019, the Rams are already over the cap. Should Quinn struggle to adapt to the new system, he could provide 8-figure cap relief over each of the next two seasons should they come to the decision he is no longer a good fit. Samson Ebukam is an extremely athletic defender who has played a number of positions along the front 7 for the Eagles. He boasts an incredible SPARQ score of 146.4, the highest awarded of all edge defenders in the draft thus far (Myles Garrett has not yet been given a rating) after running a 4.50 40 at 248 pounds. His athleticism is obvious on the field and he is a natural zone cover linebacker, in addition to showing the talent necessary to be an NFL pass rusher. However, he does need to improve his pass rush skills to take advantage of his immense physical talent. While he has a terrific talent base, he's got a long way to becoming a good football player. Ejuan Price is essentially the opposite. Price is incredibly productive (42 TFLs over the last two seasons) and an outstanding technician, limited only by his size and athleticism. While his SPARQ rating turned out better than I expected (about median for edge rushers in the class) it's not top-notch, which is why he was still available here. He's also an older prospect at 24 (Robert Quinn is just 26!) However, he is just a tremendous football player. his hand usage is every bit as good as Barnett's and his production against top competition is beyond reproach. The Rams are rebuilding their defense and feel they've gotten some key building blocks... some ready to contribute earlier than others, but Ebukam and Price offer some hope for the future and depth immediately.

I honestly thought of taking him for the Browns to play 3T in the past two rounds. Decided to beef up on the DB's instead, but the kid can play.

With the 210th pick in the 2017 Dawgtalker Mock Draft, The Miami Dolphins select Jalen Reeves-Maybin, Linebacker, Tennessee The Dolphins have been trying to fix the linebacker position for years. This offseason they signed Lawrence Timmons and drafted Blair Brown to go with Kiko Alonzo. Sounds great, but Kiko Alonzo will inevitably suffer a season-ending injury at some point, so depth at the weak side position is needed. After missing out on their primary backup linebacker target in Jordan Evans, the Dolphins turn to Reeves-Maybin, who's got a significant injury history of his own. The Dolphins hope that between Alonzo and Reeves-Maybin, the van cobble a season together. Jalen Reeves-Maybin is an attacking linebacker who is very good in coverage, but of sleight build. Linebackers of his ilk, such as Kwon Alexander, Deion Jones, and Lavonte David, have been able to make a significant impact on the league of the past few years. Reeves-Maybin is aggressive in run defense, slashing to the ballcarriers quickly, but is more of a block avoider than a block shedder. The Dolphins feel fortunate he was still available, and expect it was largely due to his prior injuries.
