Peppers is an extremely instinctual player. Harbaugh said he and Andrew Luck are the smartest players he ever coached. He may struggle early in coverage, but if you let him focus solely at SS, I think he will be great.

I think it's been a good first round... Who is on the roster? Brock? That's a long shot. I absolutely give him the chance. He is the best we have on hand. But I'm not betting the farm on him. He may struggle early in coverage, but if you let him focus solely at SS, I think he will be great. I agree... I think part of his problem at UM is he was too versatile.... Let the guy focus on one position... Maybe two with punt returns.... And I think he can be very good.... Would have rather had hoooker but to get peppers and an additional first round pick I won't be too upset...
