Still love you and the trump supporters though.
Cause unlike your ideology, I don't hate anybody. It's all love.

The 'waterboarding stopped' — big company CEO describes the difference between Obama and TrumpSun Microsystems co-founder Scott McNealy told CNBC on Wednesday that CEOs appear to be relieved that the eight years of economic "waterboarding" by the Obama administration has stopped. "I've been talking to lots of CEOs. I had one who said it very succinctly, a very large Fortune 20-type CEO, and he said, 'All of a sudden after the election, the waterboarding, the eight years of waterboarding stopped,'" said McNealy, who voted for Donald Trump. "I think that is a strong feeling of a lot of CEOs out there," McNealy told "Squawk Box." "The regulations are coming down. The attacks from the government are coming down." McNealy, who served more than two decades at CEO of Sun Microsytems, is executive chairman of Wayin, a social intelligence firm he help start in 2011. He describes himself as an outspoken advocate for personal liberty, small government and free-market competition. "I've always said, 'the worst CEO is a thousand times better than the best politician in this job,' in the White House," he said. "I'm a huge believer in the private sector being one that can be managed," he continued. "The government sector is like the definition of a monopoly. A monopoly by definition runs corruptly with high prices and low innovation." http://www.cnbc.com/2017/04/26/the-water...-and-trump.html

Update on the progress of Trumps first 100 days "contract" with the American people. All while having both the House and Senate controlled by the R's.

The White House just outlined its tax plan. Here's what's in it... "We want to move as fast as we can," Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says of the Trump tax plan. Mnuchin had set a goal of passing the first tax reform since 1986 by August, but the White House has recently backed off that deadline. Tax plan cuts seven tax brackets down to three Tax plan cuts seven tax brackets down to three Top White House officials outlined President Donald Trump's tax plan Wednesday, a proposal they said would be the "biggest tax cut" in U.S. history. White House chief economic advisor Gary Cohn and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin summarized the plan in a briefing to reporters at the White House. It largely echoes the proposal Trump outlined as a candidate and did not include some key details, according to a fact sheet provided by the White House. Trump's plan will cut the number of income tax brackets from seven to three, with a top rate of 35 percent and lower rates of 25 percent and 10 percent. It is not clear what income ranges will fall under those brackets. It would also double the standard deduction. The proposal will chop the corporate tax rate to 15 percent from 35 percent. It would eliminate tax deductions with only a few exceptions, including the mortgage interest and charitable contribution deductions. The White House said there will be a "one-time tax" on the trillions of dollars held by corporations overseas. However, Mnuchin said the rate for that tax has yet to be determined. Mnuchin said the White House is "working with the House and Senate" on a repatriation rate, saying it would be "very competitive." The plan would get rid of the estate tax, otherwise known as the "death tax." Cohn said that the move will help privately-held businesses and American farmers. Analysis of the estate tax reveals that it affects only a very small portion of Americans. Mnuchin also said the U.S. would go to a "territorial" tax system. Though further details were not forthcoming, such systems typically exclude most or all of the income that businesses earn overseas. Trump's plan would also repeal the alternative minimum tax and 3.8 percent Obamacare taxes. Mnuchin would not answer if the plan would be "revenue neutral," meaning whether it would result in a larger U.S. budget deficit. He contended that it would "pay for itself with growth and with reduced reduction of different deductions and closing loopholes." http://www.cnbc.com/2017/04/26/the-white-house-just-outlined-its-tax-plan-heres-whats-in-it.html

And you're worried about the Dems? I can already see the republicans throwing hissy fits once the plan actually comes out.
The corporate rate is one that will be highly debated, especially since we have a bunch of corporations who already pay little to ZERO taxes in the first place.
GE paid zero. So does that mean they're gonna start getting refunds, now?

The actual tax rate that corporations pay is around 22% now.
What the GOP does is tell you what the tax bracket is before deductions and loopholes. They don't tell you that they actually PAY about 22%.
That's the difference between your tax bracket and your effective tax rate.

That's the difference between your tax bracket and your effective tax rate. You sure? Cause GE paid zero. I understand what you're saying, but there's corporations who don't pay anywhere close to 22, or any to begin with. With the deductions, they clear 22 with their eyes closed. So my question is how many actually pay that 22

How many times has GE paid 0? (I'm assuming you mean federal taxes, right?) isn't 1 year too many from a multi billion dollar company? we all know they pay other taxes, payroll, blah blah blah. but so do other companies. so how in the world is a company that made that much money is able to skate by paying a federal tax rate that everybody else has to? and now, a company that already deducts crap to zero, or close to it, is gonna get ANOTHER tax rate deduction? and let me make this clear, Arch. everybody deducts. it's whatever. i really don't care. my ONLY beef is how multi billion dollar corporations ALREADY skating the system and paying close to zero in taxes are about to get their taxes lowered. sorry but that just doesn't make a lick of sense.

Then perhaps you should take it up with congress, because they write the tax laws. And know ahead of time, EVERYONE knows GE didn't pay federal taxes a time or 4. Everyone, including the IRS. Did GE get hammered? Did they get nailed? If not, they apparently abided by the rule of the tax laws. None of us need to like it. I don't. But if they didn't break any rules, what's the problem?

Why take it up with congress? Because they wrote the rules.
You, or I, or anyone else for that matter, have no other option. The rules/laws are just that.
Edited to add: I believe I read that many so called "loopholes" would be eliminated - not just corporate, but individual also, in an effort to simplify the tax code.
That's good on both ends, in my opinion.

Looks like this tax plan will empty the coffers and require huge cuts to fed spending to be income neutral. Republicans might push it through but until I see more details I think it is another make the rich richer plan from this Admin.

thats fine, but imo, the current group of congressional leaders have no intention on changing the rules that end up hurting businesses, some which have their hands directly in the same politicians pockets.
but then there's really nobody in the middle. it's why i couldn't vote for bernie. i can't just swing the pendulum the other way and be fine with it, ya know?

From my understanding that is the average. So you will have businesses paying more and less than 22%.

You may be right that the current group in congress have no intention of changing things. Then again, the group in congress over the last however many years had no intention of changing things either.

Shepard Smith needs to chill before he gets the Megyn Kelly treatment and has to switch to a different network. Fox News anchor accuses White House of 'trying to cover up Michael Flynn scandal' https://www.yahoo.com/news/fox-news-anchor-accuses-white-095322433.htmlA Fox News anchor has accused the White House of behaving in a way consistent with a “cover-up” over the actions of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. Although the network is frequently accused of being a cheerleader for President Donald Trump, host Shepard Smith did not hold back in his comments, made after the House Oversight Committee said Mr Flynn appeared to have broken the law in receiving payments from Russian organisations and the Turkish Government. Mr Flynn resigned in February after it emerged he had misled Vice President Mike Pence over conversations he had with a Russian ambassador. image Read more White House refuses to hand over Russia investigation documents “The situation is unprecedented,” said Mr Smith. “Never in American history has a man so close to the President, on his cabinet, the National Security Advisor no less, been accused of committing a crime by taking money from a foreign entity, much less one connected to the Russians.” He added: “At the core of all this is the Russians interfered with our elections. “General Flynn received money through an entity that was from the Russians. And what they want to know is, was there collusion? “The White House at least is giving the appearance, according to these congressional leaders, of a lack of cooperation, which could give an overall appearance that they’re trying to cover something up." image Read more Fox News roast Trump’s EPA chief Scott Pruitt over climate change Donald Trump supporters previously threatened to boycott Fox News when Mr Smith criticised the President over his camp’s alleged links to Russia. The investigation into Mr Flynn dominated yesterday’s White House briefing where it emerged the Committee does not have all of the documents related to Mr Flynn’s dealings with the Russians. The White House blocked requests to provide reporters with documents related to Mr Flynn on the grounds of national security or because the papers are otherwise sensitive in nature, further fuelling claims of a cover-up. The lead Democrat and Republican on the Committee displayed a rare show of unity in jointly rebuking Mr Flynn after seeing information that confirmed the former Trump administration official had failed to disclose foreign income received from Russia and Turkey. As a former military officer, Mr Flynn would have needed special permission for his December 2015 appearance at a gala sponsored by RT, a Russian Government-funded television station, for which he was paid $45,000. He was paid also more than $500,000 for his work lobbying on behalf of the Turkish Government. It is also illegal for a private citizen to conduct diplomacy on behalf of the US. image Read more Michael Flynn 'did not disclose income from Russian companies' Committee chairman Jason Chaffetz (Republican) and the panel’s senior Democrat, Elijah Cummings, agreed that Mr Flynn is likely to have broken the law as he neither received permission nor fully disclosed income he earned for a speaking engagement in Russia and lobbying activities on behalf of Turkey. They reached their conclusion after viewing classified memos and a disclosure form in a private briefing. “Personally I see no evidence or no data to support the notion that General Flynn complied with the law,” Mr Chaffetz told reporters. Mr Cummings added: “He was supposed to get permission, he was supposed to report it, and he didn’t. This is a major problem.” Violations of this kind are punishable with up to five years in jail. The display of bipartisan unity is relatively unusual as Democrats have repeatedly complained of being shut out of major investigations by the Committee since the Republicans gained control of the House of Representatives in 1995. The Committee’s findings come as the House and Senate intelligence committees move into a new phase of their investigations into Russia’s alleged interference in the 2016 election, including alleged ties between Trump campaign aides and Russian officials. The FBI is carrying out its own investigation into the same alleged links but is not yet believed to be carrying out a separate investigation into Mr Flynn. The Bureau could open its own separate investigation into Mr Flynn if required to do so by Congress – a decision that will probably be left to new Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, since Attorney General Jeff Sessions has recused himself from all matters involving the Trump campaign. In order to bring criminal proceedings against Mr Flynn, investigators would have to show that he “knowingly and wilfully” made false statements and would not be able to make a case if his forms were inaccurate because of carelessness of an “honest mistake”. Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Richard Burr (Republican) said his panel has finished an initial round of more than 20 interviews but plans to carry out others in the near future and hopes to bring in Mr Flynn for questioning.

President Donald Trump will be making history in Atlanta Friday as the first president in 34 years to attend the National Rifle Association convention. He will announce, "You can have my gun when you unwrap MY COLD DEAD LITTLE HANDS FROM IT!!!"

Trump Tells Bloomberg News that he would be willing to meet with North Korean leader if the circumstances were right AND that he would "be honored to do it"!
This is a very Obama-esque move in that he is willing to meet with rogue leaders. BUT Obama never praised Putin, China's President or said he would be "honored" to meet Kim...
Wow, his base should be pumped!

I don't understand why he alienates our oldest allies:
Canada, Mexico, Australia, Great Britain, Germany, NATO, etc.
BUT he seems to want warm relations with the leaders of Russia, China, and now North Korea...
Is Trump trying to join the 'Axis of Evil'? lol Seriously, I think he man crushes on strongmen dictators and totalitarians. Many of his qualms with the US system of government like 'Free Speech' and the judicial branch make me wonder if he wants to be a totalitarian dictator here. I think he does.

Trump will meet with anyone in order to get their side of the picture. It helps when negotiating. Something Obama had no clue about.
The reason he is tough on Canada, Mexico, Australia, Great Britain, Germany, NATO, etc.
Is because our friends are the ones who screwed over Obama and America the most when it comes to Trade deals. They have been put on notice, no more.

Here come da judge... Trump to name conservative picks to federal courts, on heels of Gorsuch winPresident Trump was set to begin his bid Monday to reshape the makeup of the lower federal courts, with an expected rollout of several conservative nominees for judicial vacancies. Hoping to build on the successful confirmation of Justice Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court, the president is said to have a list of additional conservative nominees at the ready. A senior administration official said the president will announce at least five judicial nominees on Monday. Two of them originally were on the list of 21 candidates that the Trump transition team considered for the Supreme Court vacancy left by Antonin Scalia’s death, and ultimately filled by Gorsuch. According to the senior administration official, they are Justice Joan Larsen of the Michigan Supreme Court and Justice David Stras of the Minnesota Supreme Court. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/05/...orsuch-win.htmlStep by Step by Step, we take our Country back.
