We might be tied right now if not for the referees. I don't think this is true. The refs do seem to be a little more lenient toward the Warriors, but the Warriors have gotten so many second chance points it's insane. And they're simply making more baskets then us, especially 3 pointers.

We might mess around and get swept

All of you calling for "physical play", "shove them", "don't be soft", etc...come on. Did we not learn anything from bounty gate?
Just admit they're a better shooting team, and our tough defense just doesn't spell them as much as it used to. Advocating for borderline injuring players does nothing good.

We might mess around and get swept We don't have to mess around, it's happening, GS is levels above us.. we haven't done anything to make them even think about changing what they do.

I'd be surprised if cavs not only don't get swept but even lose by anything less than 20

I think the ball has some kind of magnetized powder on it, and their rim has something that draws the ball no matter how far away they shoot from.

This is why they said ESPN gave us only a 7% chance of winning this. You're seein' why now.
We get close and then they just keep sinkin' 3's. And we've missed a lot of shots. The Cavs are really good, obviously, but GS is just too good (sighs).

Thank you love and lebron for atleast being professional and playing, rest of you find new teams next year We do need to get younger (and better) on the bench, but I wouldn't be getting rid of Kyrie either. He needs to humble himself enough to adjust his game, cause they've done a good job of taking away his dazzle dazzle to the rim.

Who in the Hell is calling for injuring a Player ? Basketball isn't a freaking hold my hand sport..The Cavs are losing because no one is being physical... Let me stand 3 feet in front of you and see just how many shots you make.. They are a better shooting team because the D is letting them to be. What happened to Centers being big tough guys ? Now they want to make three point shots... It's Pathetic players let Curry suck on his binky... Knock his teeth down his throat.. Not going to win a championship if you dont get physical..

Nobody is advocating hurting anyone, I am talking about playing tough and contesting shots. Fighting for position on the block, if you foul at least stop them from making the shot and make them hit FTs

NBA is in trouble if Golden State sweeps this series. Yeah for anyone thinking this "team sucks" or we need to blow things up to compete. Let's not pretend that the Warriors aren't a super-team just added a top 3 player last off-season. There's a reason they're 14-0 in the Playoffs. Even Mike Brown can coach these guys to a Finals victory.

NBA is in trouble if Golden State sweeps this series. That is if they can keep the team together. Livingston, McGee, Iggy, Curry, Durant, Zaza, Ian Clark are all free agents next year. David West will probably retire. But yeah, if not, let's hope LeBron can convince Ibaka, Wade or Paul Millsap to go on the vet min.

for people saying we need to improve ... just how much CAN we improve?? I mean, we have a damn good team ourselves ... and we'll be swept away by double digits by a team that will be 31-1 in three months and 16-0 in the playoffs

No, but I'm sure they'll pay Curry and Durant and those two were responsible for the majority of their points tonight. If they let Iggy go, I'd try to get him at least. He's a good defender.

Rumor is Durant is willing to take less money to stay and keep the nucleas together.

But will Iggy and Livingston stay? They could nab a few championships or make a lot more money on their last guaranteed NBA contract.

But will Iggy and Livingston stay? They could nab a few championships or make a lot more money on their last guaranteed NBA contract. they'll do like SA..They will all work deals to create a dynasty...ring chasers will flock to them for vet mins/MLE.. we are in cap hell with lebron having a year or two left to play at a high level...Horrible contracts wrapped up in JR and TT. It's going to take quite an effort and magic to get this team close to what GS has. We have no bench and 2 of our starting 5 provide nothing . But even beyond that, the way they surgically destroyed us showed how bad the gap in coaching is...Lue has to take some blame for this...he doesn't do enough to fix anything.. no reason we shouldn't be emptying the bench in a blowout looking for something. You can't tell me they could provide anything less than JR and TT have provided in this series....I know everyone is like oh, same as last year..no...last year was a fluke..this year GS is clicking and just destroying everything..The rate at which they can catch you and blow you out is staggering.

Seeing what a snooze fest the nba playoffs were this year, at what point do ratings drop because of these super teams?

*sigh*
We're playing for a 2nd ring, and people want to blow it all up.
We need a couple of pieces, and one thing Griffin has proved capable of doing is finding pieces.
Oh, and we are in the same situation we were in last year, down 0-2.
I don't know if we'll come back again this year, but man, we are in the Finals, for the 3rd straight year) There are a lot of teams who wish they could say that.
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

The cavs need A games from LBJ Love and Irving in order to have a chance 2 out of 3 won't cut it. Tristan Thompson is softer than pudding Maybe Amanda Berry can do her 30 second missing persons spot on Fox 8 in the am on the Cavs defense this week LBJ age is slowly starting to show Curry played him like a fiddle on that lay up in the 3rd q.
