I'm not comfortable with the bathroom thing either, but I understand both sides. The biggest thing I don't understand is where all these transgender kids are coming from all of a sudden. Maybe they were always out there and I never knew but this seems to be a new thing in the last 20 years or so imho. It's like something is in the water... Probably going to be a lot more now that Trump is letting them poison the water again.

I agree with that and with what Eve said. There is more to this than I can understand. When I was young being Gay was taboo to an extent, we all knew people who were gay but you didn't talk about it. Then when aids hit the scene in the 80's, it was a GAY disease until it started killing straight people and then kids. A lot of people turned on gay people then about like they are on the transgenders now.

I have to agree. At some point the rights of the masses mean more than the rights of a few.

This is where it gets tricky. I have no issue with gay marriage because that is something that is between two other people. What they do in the privacy of their own home and their sexuality is none of my business.

But the entire bathroom issue is totally different. It impacts everyone who uses a public restroom. Some wish to perpetuate that the rights of a few mean that it should have an impact on everyone else in society on a personal basis. That's just BS.
