Here are the states that are refusing to turn over voting records. In many of these states, it's illegal for them to turn over personal information. But of course since Trump is desperate to try and prove he won the popular vote if it wasn't for those pesky illegals, who cares about the law, right?

By your own logic that means your don't support rights for any minority groups, and you didn't support the civil rights act.
Because that's the very definition of the rights of a few.
Not at all. And what I said makes perfect sense. You just don't want to hear it.
If you vote, how does that harm me? If a gay couple marries, how does that harm me?
Once you place a penis in a restroom with my granddaughter, you just impacted me. You seem to refuse to admit that there's a very real risk that perverts can claim to be transgender just to be perverts. If that's a risk you're willing to take with members of your family, that's your prerogative.
I've been around long enough to know that there are a lot of liars in this world and I'm not willing to risk my family that way.

Im a bit confused on this voter fraud thing what is really the problem with voter I.D. cause I think it would solve a lot of problems in the election process for all concerned

Actually even most every Republican will tell you that voter fraud is a myth. Does it happen? Maybe on rare occasion. But the fact is, in many states it would be illegal for the state to turn over such private information to the feds. And elections are ran by each state, not the federal government.

For example, and just an example I remember my grandparents telling me how the common argument was that if black were allowed to Have the same rights as whites with the civil rights act, that they would retaliate to the fullest and start slowly making the white race exinct in this country.
If you ever let your kid go to practice by themselves, there is a risk the coach might molest them.
And here in America, that seems sort of common.
If you ever let your kid go outside and play, there's a risk they could get kidnapped. Or hit by a car, or bitten by a snake.
And the biggest one of all: you talk about not wanting to risk your family, yet your kids are at a higher risk of getting injured and/or killed due to gun violence.
All of those things I listed have a higher chance of happening then somebody claiming to be transgendered just to molest someone in the bathroom.
Yet you don't advocate for any policy to lower the risk of that. Why?
So sure, that's your prerogative to believe want you want to believe. I hear you, but you seem to have a problem thinking that me disagreeing with you means I'm not hearing you.
I do, I just don't agree at all.
Transgendered in a bathroom is low on my list compared to the other things I mentioned. Why?
Cause the numbers prove that I should be far more concerned with that then some bathroom bill.
Hell, it even seems like leaving your kid around the priest is more of a risk then your kid being in the bathroom getting assaulted by a transgendered person.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
There is a risk with everything. I'm just against creating and making legal yet a new risk. The constitutions second amendment allows for gun rights.
I don't leave my kids or grandkids alone with Priests either. Some risks there's nothing you can do about.
But I still want to know that if a grown man walks into a womens restroom that there's something I can do about it. There are a lot of risks in the world which is no excuse to create yet another one.
Maybe you believe the myth that people are just honest. Maybe you believe that perverts won't consider this an open door to offend. I disagree.

I'm a bit confused on this gun registration thing what is really the problem with gun registration cause I think it would solve a lot of problems in the associated with guns for all concerned.
Maybe that will help you understand. It goes back to what is a constitutional right. Gun advocates put forth the 2nd amendment, and voters rights advocates put forward the 15th, 19th, 24th, and 26th.
At lease we have a country that is willing to clarify voters rights by amendment, good luck getting the second changed.
Welcome back, Joe, we missed you!…. That did not age well.
Transgendered in a bathroom is low on my list compared to the other things I mentioned.
There again you're assuming that it will only be transgendered people doing it. I don't believe that for a second. Criminals and perverts are known to be liars.

The creeps who were in the bathroom were already doing it before you even knew what a transgendered person was. Sorry but that's the truth. This law doesn't increase or decrease that risk.
It only makes you more scared. But it's ok, I know you get scared a lot. A lot of you conservatives are really afraid of a lot of things in life.
3 myths that shape the transgender bathroom debate
Story highlights Around the country, communities and legislators are debating transgender rights Arguments tend to focus on public safety and whether gender identity should be protected (CNN)The debate over transgender rights in America often gets reduced to bathroom talk.
Supporters of so-called bathroom bills say they will protect public safety by ensuring that all people, including transgender men and women, use public restrooms that correspond to their sex at birth. Opponents say their impact is much wider. Critics call them thinly veiled attempts to discriminate against and stigmatize transgender people to score political points.
Supporters make their case with a variety of arguments -- some relate to public safety, others question the entire concept of gender identity. But is there evidence to back some of their claims? What can we glean from places with protections for transgender people? Here's a rundown of how those claims stand up to scrutiny. Predators in bathrooms The claim: Sexual predators will take advantage of public accommodations laws and policies covering transgender people to attack women and children in bathrooms. The facts: Anti-discrimination protections covering gender identity have been around for years, and there is no evidence they lead to attacks in public facilities. Explained: As of March 2017, 19 states, the District of Columbia and more than 200 municipalities have anti-discrimination laws and ordinances allowing transgender people to use public facilities that correspond to their gender identity. CNN found one case of a Seattle man who allegedly undressed in a women's locker room in 2016, citing Washington's anti-discrimination law as motivation. Otherwise, whenever the topic comes up in the news, prosecutors, law enforcement agencies and state human rights commissions have consistently denied that there is any correlation between such policies and a spike in assaults. CNN reached out to 20 law enforcement agencies in states with anti-discrimination policies covering gender identity. None who answered reported any bathroom assaults after the policies took effect. Transgender Americans rush to change IDs for Trump era Transgender Americans rush to change IDs for Trump era Michael Dunton, chief records clerk of Rhode Island's Cranston Police Department, told CNN his department was "hard-pressed" to find such a case: "We track our sex offenders very carefully and we haven't seen any instance of sexual predators assaulting in bathrooms." In Maine, which has had gender identity protections in its state civil rights law for more than 11 years, the state Human Rights Commission was unaware of a single incident. "I know there is a lot of anxiety associated with this issue, but it seems to be based on fear rather than facts. Given this, it is really disheartening to see so many states (and now our federal government) choose to treat people who are transgender with what looks like hatred," Maine Human Rights Commission Executive Director Amy Sneirson said. More common, civil rights groups say, are reports of transgender people being assaulted in bathrooms that don't match their gender identity. In one of the largest surveys of transgender and gender non-conforming Americans ever conducted, 70% of respondents reported being denied access, verbally harassed, or physically assaulted in public restrooms. The survey, conducted by UCLA's Williams Institute in 2013 before the nation's capital passed anti-discrimination protections, built on previous research with similar outcomes. Transgender identity, in their words
Transgender identity, in their words 02:44 Transgender people don't deserve protections The claim: Being transgender is not a valid condition. Transgender people are mentally ill and should not be afforded the same legal protections or healthcare guarantees as gay and lesbian Americans. The facts: The clear majority of mainstream medical, psychiatric and psychological communities agree that being transgender is not a concocted fantasy or mental illness. It's simply a valid state in which one's gender does not match what was assigned at birth. Join the conversation See the latest news and share your comments with CNN Health on Facebook and Twitter.
Explained: The medical community defines gender identity as the way in which people perceive themselves, which could be different from their gender at birth. A transgender person's gender identity is different from cultural expectations based on the gender they were born with. Characterizing transgender identity as a mental disorder contributes to precarious legal status, human rights violations, and barriers to appropriate health care, according to a study published in The Lancet in 2016. A condition is designated a mental illness when it causes significant distress. For many, simply being transgender does not cause dysfunction -- it's the social stigma and barriers to expressing one's identity that cause problems, according to the American Psychological Association, the American Medical Association and other healthcare organizations. The World Health Organization is set to adopt the same position in its next edition of the International Classification of Diseases, due out in 2018. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) includes the term "gender dysphoria" to describe the distress some feel. The term was adopted in 2013 to replace "gender identity disorder," which designated transgender identity a mental illness. The change bore echoes of a 1973 decision to remove homosexuality from the DSM.
Letting children identify as transgender is harmful Claim: Children are too young to know if they are transgender, and supporting a child who identifies as transgender is child abuse. The facts: Research shows that not allowing transgender children to live their gender identity is harmful, and can be deadly. Being trans in Texas: Students, moms sound off on bathroom rights Being trans in Texas: Students, moms sound off on bathroom rights Explained: Decades of research suggest that when it comes to psychological traits and abilities, boys and girls are more alike than they are different. A child's parents and environment are more likely to influence their gender expression than the body parts they were born with, and the concept of gender becomes more fixed as we grow. Just as it advises for adults, the medical community endorses letting children live their gender identity to avoid gender dysphoria or other conditions that may hinder mental or social developmental. Groups including Family Research Council, considered a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center, cite the American College of Pediatrics in arguments against supporting transgender children. The American College of Pediatrics is estimated to have only a few hundred members compared to the 64,000 members belonging to the well-established American Academy of Pediatrics, which supports allowing transgender children to socially transition at an early age. Social transition does not involve the use of cross sex hormones or hormone blockers until the age of puberty, and only then if a patient and healthcare professional deem such treatment necessary. CNN's Kwegyirba Croffie contributed to this report.

So you and others can take from this what you will. At this point it's apparent we won't ever agree on this issue.
and last time I checked, this law doesn't make it legal to sexually assault someone.
And if you was worried about risk, you argue for stricter gun laws. But you don't, so I have my own opinion on the fake outrage.
People risk what they are comfortable risking. Stats say your family is more likely to get shot in this country than molested by someone in the bathroom.
But whatever, I've laid out my argument for supporting transgendered rights. As far as this topic goes I'm done, and still doesn't change the fact that trump is a piece of crap weirdo.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
I'm not comfortable with the bathroom thing either, but I understand both sides. The biggest thing I don't understand is where all these transgender kids are coming from all of a sudden. Maybe they were always out there and I never knew but this seems to be a new thing in the last 20 years or so imho.
I eliminated the President Trump bash because it was unnecessary.
I do agree.
I am no big fan Of Rush, but some years back he said something that made some sense. It's because people now have a choice.
I don't think sexuality is a choice for some, but the percentages are far less than displayed today. Some people are born Gay or Trans, but many more choose to be.
We are animals, yet we don't see these traits in other animals. Yes, I know it is more complex than that, but still, this seems to be a human condition. A condition mostly of choice. Not one that is in the DNA except in a small percentage.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
Dems Draft Bill That Could Activate 25th Amendment Powers to Remove Trump
Several Democrats, led by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), have signed onto an initiative that could lead to President Trump's removal using 25th Amendment powers.
According to the Washington Post, Raskin's bill would activate a probe into whether President Trump has been too far "incapacitated" to continue as the leader of the free world.
The 25th Amendment deals mainly with presidential succession, denoting that the vice president would take over for a deceased or removed president, and so on.
Raskin said his legislation would focus on Section 4 of the 1967 amendment, which reads in part:
"Whenever the vice president and a majority of ... bod[ies] such as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the president pro-tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the president is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the vice president shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as acting president." Raskin said he is concerned that "something is seriously wrong" with Trump, citing a "sustained pattern of behavior" and several "errant and seemingly deranged tweets."
Dems are dumb. They shouldn't be talking about impeachment until either after the investigation, or trump has some sort of mental breakdown.
I understand to the majority of the world, trump looks to have mental breakdowns on a daily basis, but that's just who he is as a person...for now.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
The screwy thing is Rep. Hank Johnson (You know the guy that said Guam would tip over with to many people standing on one side)has signed on to this LMFAO
If any president was nuts, it was either John Adams or his son John Quincy Adams.
Obama's presidency gave rise to lawlessness in this country. Legalizing drugs, sanctuary cities (sanctuary for who? Not the US citizens), turned a segment of the population against it's own police force, gave perverts access to girls bathrooms, weakened our military, and set free terrorists.
Then they call Trump nuts for strengthening our country and protecting our citizens.

The creeps who were in the bathroom were already doing it before you even knew what a transgendered person was. Sorry but that's the truth. This law doesn't increase or decrease that risk.
It's kinda funny to watch Republicans go super detective for this. People think perverts cross dress to sneak into a room that is only guarded by a sign. Do they think the sign has magical properties to keep out the other gender? I don't know.
I do wonder if a boy goes into the women's bathroom with his mother, if the mother should be sent to the gulag or should the kid?
Also what should we do with people like this?
Clearly he is following the law to a T. He is going into his restroom. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure Republicans don't want this guy in a bathroom and just told me a guy should never be allowed to go into a women's restroom. Of course, if he is a woman, then what happens next?
Ok to make this somewhat meaningful besides just posting a video where President Trump trolls liberals and CNN on Twitter:
First don't forget all the dirty things CNN has done, from leaking debate questions to the Clinton camp, to changing Trump's quotes to make him look bad, making up accusations about Russian connections that they had to retract when called out on, to being filmed acknowledging there isn't much to the whole Russia brouhaha and it's mostly about ratings. The Clinton News Network deserves some mocking.
Others might take issue with the President of the United States tweeting something like that. This is something many will differ on. When you really think about it, what is so bad about that tweet? What is the reason for that? I saw it and just started laughing. I'm not sure if it was the video itself (Trump's past appearance on Wrestlemania with a CNN logo edited onto Vince McMahon) or the reaction (whining) it's going to deliver.
It's wild to see so many Republicans go crazy over a reality TV star. Guess we really are all the same.
Back when I used to post the articles by Scott Adams, he made a point that the #NeverTrumpers saw half the country as these crazy insane racists, while the those on the #TrumpTrain were voting for free entertainment and a better economy.
There's a lot of truth to that. Where some people get offended, there's usually some good humor if you don't take yourself so seriously. Dow Jones is up about 3,000 points since November 8th.
Sanity is being restored to immigration enforcement and such. The Democrats' claims, from Racism to Russia have fallen flat. Things are going pretty well-- it's not all about going crazy over a reality TV star, although I suppose there is that aspect in this administration. It's a reasonable point.
As someone who was never #nevertrump (Didn't see the difference between HRC and Donald, besides HRC keeping the status quo on IDpol. Didn't vote for either of them) or rode the #trumptrain, let me put some perspective on the administration. I also love reality TV shows for their insane context and radical answers to simple questions. I love the genre.
From what I've seen, a sizeable amount of Conservatives have been frightened to talk. Democrats and liberals have sneered at them as Conservatives have tried to walk around the minefield of IDpol. They reeled when Liberals said they couldn't continue to disrespect and alienate people based on their race, creed, or gender. They soon began to feel threatened by "political correctness". They feel caged in. Then Donald Trump arrives and isn't afraid to speak harshly and brag about sexually assaulting women. The Republicans eat it up. They found a defender of their speech, maybe not their ideals, but a defender of saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. Republicans listen closely as Trump continues to talk. They haven't had a politician like this in decades. The sight is something new to them. They quickly stop caring about his political stances in the 80's and 90's (something that would kill a real politician) and come to his side. Now DJT keeps up the mean spirited attacks and aims them at fellow Republicans and HRC. Now fellow Republicans being so established in the political culture are not ready for a reality star. They operate in different languages. They play different games. The politician wants to give you a dream. The reality star wants to give you a show. As a result the American people wanted to see a spectacular show.
As a result, we are almost half a year into a Trump presidency and very little has gotten done. Trump has been unable to turn himself into a politician, reacting on his skills as a self promoter. While commanding the entire house and the legislative branch, Trump has been unable to move a single meaningful piece of legislation. He has shown himself to be unPresidential and his office acts accordingly. He has been in a myriad of scandals since his office took charge. But of course the Republicans love it. It allows them to see more of the spectacle. They identify with DJT as a worker against the political correct culture of America and are raging with him against that structure. DJT, being an established reality TV star, is just milking them as he continues to ignore things like Obamacare replacement. As a result you see his office tote a lot of things, but nothing meaningful yet.
Also I like how we're acting like Christians aren't the most PC group out of everyone. I said a bunch of cells regenerating is a mark of cancer and someone jumped out of their seat to claim that I said fetus cells are cancer cells. Also have you ever tried to tell someone the truth about the Bible? Even that Jesus Christ was black? You might as well be killing a Christian, they cry so hard at these simple truths.
I'm a Christian... do I seem like I am very PC?
I also don't know a single Christian who thinks Jesus was blonde haired and blue eyed. Everybody knows he was dark skinned.
Now stop picking on us Casper the ghost looking bible thumpers will ya geez
So let me get this straight. You talk about what a bunch of low lifes the mainstream media is and then defend the president for acting like a low life.
Yeah, that makes sense.

Now we must prepare ourselves for the Lying Media and the Rabid Left to hit us with this never ending onslaught...
-Look, Trump wrote Convfefe, he is crazy!
-Look at how Trump watches his feet and holds the railing as he comes off the plane, he is afraid, he is paranoid, he is insane!
-Look at this video of how Trump shook that guys hand! He is nuts!
-Did you hear the way Trump worded that remark? Proof he is insane!
-Trump wants to grow the economy, create more jobs, end needless regulations so business can thrive! He wants to make us energy independent so we answer to no ones threats!
Trump is the ULTIMATE snowflake. He gets upset by breakfast show hosts, he gets upset by the media asking "unfair questions", bad press, criticism etc. He cries foul and responds like a middle schooler. What an embarrassment. How the hell is he going to deal with North Korea if he can't even deal with Mika Brezeinski, Rosie O'Donnell and Meg Kelly without throwing a temper tantrum?
Republicans should tell him to grow a pair, get on with it and grow up.
