Youknow whats good with slushies,,a lil rum I'll have ahh beer. Got the kids and no evening session,,, way to pick the day GM,,jerk My daughter is very excited about seeing the Browns. I am still not sure if she really knows what a "the Browns" is yet but,,

Blitz, at bedtime she likes watching video's after storytime. Our favorite is the 1987 Divisional 2OT Browns/Jets game Speaking of "On Being Brown", my wife picked up my copy one day to read it. I was telling her how I loved the book and told her by reading it she might get a glimpse of why I love the Browns like I do. She never finished reading it of course but the effort made me happy. I will make sure to have both girls read it and submit a book report on how they are now "brown" My oldest Ali gets the Browns and Buckeyes mixed up since I am a big fan of both (her first 2 outfits I bought was a Browns and Buckeye onesie) but one thing is for sure. If you mention the words "michigan" or "Pittsburgh" her reply is how both sucks She calls Pittsburgh "Pigsburgh" GM, I may do just that. It's about a half hour drive for me but gives me an excuse to drive my car. I love my car

I don't get done with work till 3pm and it will take me a little bit to get there. Camp ends at 4:30 right? So I should be rolling into Damon's about the time ya'll are getting there.

We'll be there by noon. 11 is a little early. I never eat before noon, and don't want to start tipping back in the morning. Plus Ihave a wedding the night before. As far as meeting up afterwards, Idoubt it unless Kenleigh is eating well. With her unusual drinking habits, she probably won't drink all day until we get her somewhere quiet to fall asleep. Unfortunately we have to revolve everything around her feedings.

FYI for all those coming. Parking (especially it being BB weekend) may be a pain as this first weekend is seeing and average of 2,000 plus fans per practice.. The BW Parking Lot fills fast, so we will need to get there in plenty of time.

Blitz, I am so very sorry that I missed yesterday's AM practice but was so under the weather because of the Mixer Friday night. (yes, I got a bit trashed)
I will do everything in my power to make it to Damon's on Sunday!

omg that is so funny that you would say something like that. When I was alot younger, still at home (probably 10-12) we had a brown out. Power went out around 10 am and was out most of the day because of a kamakaze squirrel.

It was a bit humid Saturday morn, but good practice. Glad your feeling better. P-dawg was there with his wife and son (both practices), and Hooper was there in the morning. I took my daughter, AND my dad to the afternoon practice. First time my dad and I did something like that, and he is 80.

We'll definitely be at Damon's before practice, but I don't think we'll be staying after because of Kenleigh. I'm looking forward to seeing some of the people that I haven't met yet.

Ok, pinning this topic at the top of the board because DTD is right around the corner and I figured it is probably a good idea to see if we can somewhat formalize some kind of a head count of who thinks they will be able to make it, and how many might be showing up at Damon's so we might be able to get an area set aside for us or something... or at the least, warn them that a crowd is coming.
So, with that, please chime in with a simple "I'll be there for both" or a "I'll be there for Practice but not Damon's", or whatever.... let us know.

I'll be there for both. That includes myself, my wife and baby, most likely my brother, and possibly a friend of mine as well. But if you want a head count, most likely it'll be 4 for us.
Like I said earlier, I'll most likely make it to Damon's closer to noon than 11. 11 is a bit early for us, and I figured by noon or so I may be hungry enough to eat (I never eat before noon). I'm looking forward to meeting ya Purp and seeing a couple others who I met before.

I'll be at Damons before practice. I'll be at Practice, and I'll be back at Damons after practice, along with my better half. My daughter and her boyfriend will also be there for both. We usually just storm damons and take over whatever section we want  We have even been known to drag the bartenders out of the place to attend practice with us
