The problem is that despite Kizers current faults he still might move the offense better then Brock His tools are great. I expect him to play sometime this season as well, but rush him in too early though and he'll have to move this offense from the ICU.

Garrett would have had Eli atleast twice earlier but was tackled on those plays.
I dont like Kizer holding the ball so long but we dont have receiver that can ge open quickly and we also run a lot of deep stuff. I would play him to the 4th. He needs reps.

If Brock starts the regular season in an effort to protect Kizer, and not because he is the best QB, then something is wrong.
No, Kizer is not ready, but Brock is not accurate at all. We can't win games with inaccuracy.

Missed BO and Kizer how did they look? Brock's passes were all over the place. 6 completions for 25 yards says it all. Kizer was better .... but not so good that he can't start the season on the sidelines. However, he did a few good things.

Missed BO and Kizer how did they look? BO looked bad. His throwing motion gives himself away, holds the ball forever, etc etc. I think Kizer starts without a doubt. He has to, I dont forsee anyone else worthwhile.
