I remember him touted as a first round pick...more of a rusher, then a run stopper...hot cold motor...really came on strong for the Panthers last year...I think he had something like 2.5 sacks in the super bowl...

He obviously wasn't fitting in a 3-4...and I'm not sure if they cut him due to his effort?

Looks like our line depth needs work.

WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM

He IS accurate though, but he's very conservative in his throws.
a perfect backup

I wonder if we cut him if Bill Belichick would pick him up? I bet he would.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

He has Brady and Jimmy G. Why would they pick up Kessler.

QB Rating is dead to me.

Kessler is accurate but usually a bore to watch - just the opposite of Johnny Manziel (when he played well).

Maybe he should start.

Might get the stick out of his butt and let him throw it further than 5 yards.

He's really accurate. I've never seen him miss his mouth, but he takes such small sips, it's warm before he can finish it.

I don't that that's his style. He's a dink & dunker.
