Hey all,

Does anyone have a hookup for tickets for the Browns @ LA Chargers game? I would like to take my wife to her first Browns game (as we live in LA, I haven't been to a game since getting married 3 years back), but the tickets are selling for 500+ on stub-hub.

It's a longshot, but figured i'd ask smile Hope to see some of you there!

I don't have any hookups, but I'd just say wait till the game is closer. The tickets on the secondary market always get cheaper as the game creeps up. I am going to this game and I won't buy my tickets until a couple days before.

I was getting nervous, but you make a good point, especially if the Chargers are out of playoff contention by then.

Thanks for the tip! smile

I agree with cfrs, give it some time and I think prices will go down. I'm waiting at least until a few games have been played - if the Chargers suck, people will be offering them cheap.

And, the lowest ticket on stubhub is $118 and there are a ton under $150. Still steep, but nowhere near $500 ($500 will get you 2 sideline seats (Sec 134 row R) with $20 to spare).

My brother-in-law went to the Saints/Chargers preseason game. He said that there are no bad seats (he walked around the whole stadium). The StubHub Center is tiny.

I bought 2 last May or so through Stubhub. Haven't received them yet, but they are "guaranteed" via Stubhub.

I dropped $50/ticket on mine. This makes me sad.

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

My tickets arrived yesterday. It will be fun but, I do hope we win a few before then so that it makes it more competitive and worthwhile. Those in the SoCal area please let me know about any SoCal Browns Backers meet-ups. My 17 year old son and I will be there on the 2nd and would love to join any event you know of.

If we keep Gordon, this'll be his first game back. We have something to look forward to!

Given our drawing power, they might pay you to show up in your game gear.

I am curious: How is the tailgate experience on the Left Coast? Have never seen one, what's for eats?

I've only been to tailgates for USC and UCLA, never an NFL game. At those it was the normal type of stuff.

Our tickets are booked, we are staying with a friend in Angelino Hills Saturday night. Going to use public tansportation to head to Union Station.

I'm looking to make Monday a beach day, I'm looking at redondo or hermosa beach, which one is better on the cheap, but having views? Would like some nightlife and be able to catch Cavs bulls on that Monday night.

I want every avenue of trip advice, I'm planning.

I'd take Redondo Beach over Hermosa Beach. It's has a more small town beach feel. I'm not too into night life, so someone else will have to help you out with that.

Thanks, anyone have an idea of how much tickets will be the day of the game? I've heard of chargers tickets going anywhere fro $20-$100, for comperable tickets. Seems like a big range

I've seen the Browns in Seattle, SF and SD. The tailgate food is...tailgate food. BBQ, Sliders, Burgers, Chicken and breakfast options. It's exactly what you expect and want. Plus, there is the drink options and of course as you are on the west coast...there is plenty of pungent smoke wafting through the parking lot.

There are only two places I have been where the tailgate is literally second to none and that is: Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City and Columbusdawg/Lurker's tailgate in Cleveland! Nobody comes close to either of these places. Nobody. smile

Just keep an eye on the secondary market. The prices will go down as the game gets closer.
