Oh, thanks for the information. I thought you made it up.
Regardless, it's still cool.

9-0 Tribe, bottom of the 6th with 2 outs ....
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

Yeah, the Tribe's social media manager did it last year during their win streak too.

This thread is at 10 pages. I'm afraid of starting a new one. Can we just agree to keep it going until they lose, or the board crashes?

Salazar is now in the bullpen, and he pitches a scoreless 7th. 9-0 Tribe at stretch time.

11-0, going to the top of the 9th. Just a guess .... but I don't see that there will be a need for the bottom of the 9th.

feels good the question I got for somebody due they look like they are built for 21 games verses the games best teams? I'd take them in a series against anyone at this point. Thing is that they aren't collectively taking a sudden massive step forward, but rather are settling into their individual and collective levels of ability and production. WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWIndians!

feels good the question I got for somebody due they look like they are built for 21 games verses the games best teams? If anything they are one of the deepest teams I've ever seen. Usually, you want 1-2 aces and 2-4 starting pitchers you can rely on to get a decent starts ... we've got Klubber, who's probably got a decent shot at the Cy Young, and Carrasco, Bauer and Clevenger who've been outstanding for the last month or two. Just in case, we've also got Salazar, Tomlin and Merritt who can also put in solid starts. Our bullpen is best in the majors right now (stats wise), and we don't even have our best reliever (Miller) off the disabled list. Our outfield is three-deep. Michael Brantly has been on the DL for awhile now, and we haven't even noticed him because we've got so many guys that could start for other teams. And our infield has been superb defensively (and offensively) ever since Kipnis went out. They're doing so well, they want to put Kipnis in Centerfield just to find a spot for him. Of course, the Dodgers looked untouchable a month ago too ...

Carrasco looked Ok. Geez though. He gave up two hits in the third inning. He's lucky he barely escaped with a shut-out. Hey, Salazar looked good yesterday. Wouldn't that be something if he gets back to near 100%? It's too bad there's no place for Andrew Miller in the bullpen. I kinda liked him.
