He's an intense dude. Very competitive. I could see him wanting to gain an edge.
That's not an insult.

honestly though bro...look how many games the guy has already missed due to concussions.
he was probably gonna miss 10 games anyway this season. at least he won't get any more damage to head due to hits, dunno bout what the doping will do to his brain, though.
I don't want the texans to win based on the draft pick, but i rather be sent to gitmo than root for the bengals.

I must've missed the first suspension.
Well, he has plenty of time to recover from his concussion, I guess.

Yeah, he has had the concussions. Very reckless player w/his body. Very intense. Freaking animal.
I know in today's world this sounds weird, but I love the way he plays. LOL.........sorry, but it's true. He plays like a bunch of us did before anyone knew better.

that's a tough loss for them; he's a big part of their defense

I was listening to Mad Dog radio on my drive home from work. They were taking about the Texans Qb situation. Lots of Texans fans are not happy. Some were even calling for a complete regime change - coaches and front office. FWIW

If they struggle mightily this year and Watson shows no promise, he's definitely gone

Cleveland took Houston's 2nd round 2018 pick to take their old problem QB, then took their 1st round 2018 pick for them to take Watson. If Watson busts, it makes me feel like Cleveland is Houston's drug dealer, making a profit on their QB misery (while we endure our own.)

that's a tough loss for them; he's a big part of their defense Huge loss for the defense... Will be itneredting to see if McNair sticks by him again... I've heard several say they wouldn't be surprised if he's let go.... But the town would revolt... He's one of the favorites on their defense... They just celebrating his 100th game starting for the Texans last Sunday.... Huge loss...

That's not an insult. I've at times speculated that his extreme personality and nature may be related to PEDs...kinda like the guy who paints his face like a skeleton on "The Program." Haha. Purely speculation on my part, though.

Perfect scenario, IMO: Houston gets four INTs, five sacks and loses 0-3. (I'm playing their D in fantasy )

Purely speculation on my part, though. That's what happens when you are competitive but not smart... He has fundamentally missed the whole point. You can be intense, physical and competitive, and if you respect the fundamentals of the game you can minimize the risks. Tackling is not hitting.

Jc This couldn't be happening to a better guy ... after what O'Brien did to Penn State I root against him almost as much as i root for us ... I can't stand that guy ... And we have all their good picks and that just makes it better ...

j/c Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) 4 hours ago - View on Twitter Deshaun Watson will be Texans' 9th different starting QB tonight since 2014, more than the Browns and the most in the NFL in that span. Quick! Someone start a jersey!

tru, we have 2 ones and 3 twos, five picks in the top 64. if we do not need to expend a bunch of those assets for a qb, we can add a lot of talent with those five picks.

Darn Bengals not doing us any favors. Man their DL can be ferocious but I cannot believe how badly their offense is through 2 games ... it's offensive!

Draft position be damned, I never once considered rooting for Cincy to win this game. Sure, had they won there was a silver lining for us in that we have Houston's first two picks. But Cincy is a divisional foe and I would think it would be a nice boost to the team, and fans, to finish ahead of them in the standings.

Bengals suck...Watson didn't make many mistakes and his run for 49 yards TD was the difference of the game. Still both teams didn't impress much...both did well on D but is that because of the O's they were playing? Oh well... I didn't mind that much when the Bengals lost and losing their fans at the same time!

Interestingly nit as difficult as expected. Still bummed that one team won. Neither deserved it.
