"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Some of you are much too dramatic.
Did you expect Kizer to just light up the NFL? If he's gonna be good, it will take time. I'm disappointed he didn't play better today, but I'm also realistic.

That was the most lopsided 24 to 10 game ever, never had a felling we had a chance, We have a QB that need 3 years to develop maybe, a non exsistant running game, and WR and TE who can't catch

Well...another week of lessons in the books.

Realism vs Fantasy

We are the youngest team (24 years old) in the league with a rookie QB.

We will lose a lot games this season. What were people expecting?

I lowered my expectations because of this. I feel pretty good overall. Just keep playing and evaluating and hopefully learning.

I expected a little more than, delay of game calls, throwing into coverage 15 times, picks in the red zone, no pocket presence. I don't see a NFL starting QB who can win games. Now there is the worry of a miagrain happening at any time

Second game in Kizer's career.
Think rationally, and get serious.

It's no wonder we're considered some of the smartest fans in football, like Paul Brown said, you learn more from a loss than a win.

Last weeks game was better for us but we have a young team and a young QB and this is to be expected. I don't like it I want to see my Browns win but it is what it is at this time. Next week may be better we as fans have to be patient hope for the best.

I think this is closer to the truth than most want to believe

So you can call Kizer a bust after 2 games? This one against a really, really good defense? OK. You should brush up your resume and start applying to teams, sounds like you are smarter than most GM's in the league.

nah, I like my job,and who'd want the headache of trying to turn this turd of a team into something. And nowhere did I call Kizer a bust, he's a very very very bad QB right now, nothing has shown he won't be a bust, but he's not getting much help from Hue. This game was like the charlie Frye pittsburgh game difficulty to watch. Noone except us saw Kizer as a guy that should be playing game 1

Maybe a prayer chain or vigil. We made these guys look like world beaters. If what I am seeing in Kizer is our best chance of winning, it says tons about the others. And judgment.

I liked Hogan. We moved, we scored. Simple stuff really. I feel I am being sold snake oil, like a Kessler sequel. Hue's assurances are not working for me. This kid can't take this many sacks each week.

It will give him migraines, don't you know. Analytics must be about ready to kick in any time now.
