I was watching something last night and Bo Jackson came up. I haven't seen any of him bar the highlights last night - he looked awesome though! Where would he rank?

all of them, made it impossible to just gameplan to stop JB.

Are you trying to tell me teams didn't make their game plan to stop Jim Brown as a priority?

Possibly others had success cause teams DID GAME PLAN against JB.
Did you even watch him play. If a team didn't get several Hats on him they failed...so that would leave how many to effectively game plan against others??? I didn't say everyone else on the team was a DAWG...We had a good team that Paul Brown built for sure.

But 100% teams did everything they could to stop Jim Brown as a priority.

I don't know who was the greatest RB, but one of my honorable mentions goes out to Marcus Allen. He was the whole package and then some. Loved watching his slashing, cutback against the grain style in the open field.

I did watch him (JB), but I was a little kid. My opinions regarding who was the greatest are based on a lifetime of watching football, but I'm not an authority on the subject. Just another know-it-all nobody. (That used to be someone's tagline here ... Boisebanger? ... whatever happened to him?)

JMHO, Verse Dog started this by telling us he was running back and Walter Payton is his pick for GOAT...what about the toughness of the QBs....Can't forget the picture of YA Tittle with blood dripping off his face...the old timers were not the athletes we have today, but damn, they played tough, nasty, football in lousy conditions- not these immaculate fields of today....My pick for GOAT QB would be Otto Graham based on his length of play and number of championships...he was a STUD.....GO Browns!!!! YES, it's a homer pick. Smile.
