Just pray Buttface doesn't intentionally knock Kizer out of the game.

He was originally suspended, but the NFL had to shorten his suspension for us.

Who will he murder on the field?

He should be thrown out of football.

I hope I'm wrong but I really can't see us winning this game unless everything goes right. By that I mean DK has his best game, our D plays the way it did in game 1, very few penalties, minimizing our mistakes AND our WR's catching the ball. Based on our 1st 3 games, I can see us having a lot of trouble with A.J. Green and Joe Mixon. Andy Dalton will probably have his best game against us too. I want us to win in the worst way but.... Burfict let's his emotions get the best of him. He's a difference maker
The offense has to be aware of him at all times
I wish the Browns had a lb that played with his intensity

Last week I predicted kizer would throw 3 picks. Much to my dismay I was right. This week I predict 4 ints making it a easy day for the Bengals

Bengals 30
Browns 10

I am a Toledoan, and have been watching Deshon Kizer since his days QB-ing at Central Catholic High School. My fear for this game centers around the fact that Vontes Burfect is a thug, and will be head hunting our young protege, suspension be damned. Let's hope the O line does it's job all game long. If this proves true, I predict a win, finally, for our Browns this Sunday.

The only thing we lose is our losing streak!
Things will start to come together this week. Defense will get a jolt with limited use of Garrett and the O starts to gel.

jmho - Last game I will see on TV in a while...probably will be Hospital or Rehab facility and hate watching the games on my phone. We better Win!

Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off!

First off, best of luck to you Tab. You will be in my prayers. I don't think we will win this game unless we stop all the mistakes, penalties and drops. I hope you're right and we get our first win. We, as a fan base and franchise need one bad.

Myles Garrett is going to hurt the Browns run defense.

Bank it!

If the one of the Browns or Bengals gets 14 more rushing attempts than the other by their offense, that team will win.

Dayes, Duke, and Crowell, and the 3 tight ends,

If the Browns could get this offense to "condense" the wideouts and drop backs for productive running games,

Maybe the Browns could win going away.

Who knows. Probably not!

The Browns have started 0-3 for 7 of the last 12 years.

How does this happen with a rookie quarterback?

Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

I don't even MG will play. If he does, his snap count will be incredibly low and probably only on passing downs.

There's no way we are winning this game.

Cincy has a team that's been together for a long time. Their guys have been doing it a lot longer than the Browns. They are better at nearly every position across the board. They are starving for a win. They took GB to the wire last week.

The Browns lost to the Colts and looked awful doing it.

I think one thing we are learning about Hue is he isn't going to out coach anyone. He's going to coach the same way week after week whether it works or it doesn't. Hue is very robotic. Theres no stratetgy or game plan. It's a force feed type of situation. Hopefully when the team acquires more talent that approach will work.

But until then...

I will be putting a monetary wager on the Bengals today. I will also be pulling for them to win. I'm going to lay the points. With my luck, the Browns will lose and cover. LOL.

LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

I believe the game will be closer than some think. I did not, however, believe I would ever see someone say this...

I can see this being close, but Cincy has experience and the better playmakers ... Green, Mixon, and Benard will be tough to stop

Browns come out and show some pride...Kizer wins his first on a late game winning drive.

Garrett a non-factor...

If we don't win one of the next two 0-16 becomes avery real possibility.... 8(

Cincy is a 3 point favorite?

It doesn't matter what any other facts are.

This is a fact:

3 point favorites win (3.33% * 3) + 50% = 60% of the time.

To summarize the formula:

(3.33% * point spread) + 50% = chance of favorite winning.

Both teams in a "pick 'em" (zero point spread) win 50%.

For every point a team is favored, their odds of winning goes up 3.33%.

In other words a

1 point favorite wins 53.33% of the time.
2 point favorite wins 56.67% of the time.
3 point favorite wins 60.00% of the time.

This equation is not completely linear though (obviously since you can never get to 100% or more)

It loses accuracy for 14 point favorites or more.

PS. Don't go into the "Well the point spread is so that equal money is bet on either.....blah, blah, blah..."

That doesn't matter.

There's a 40% the Browns win today.

And a .00000001% chance Hell freezes over.

Browns-Bengals predictions: Who will win on Sunday?

http://www.cleveland.com/browns/index.ss...art_river_index

Updated on September 30, 2017 at 10:39 PM Posted on September 30, 2017 at 10:38 AM

By Dan Labbe, cleveland.com dlabbe@cleveland.com

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Browns return home on Sunday to face the Cincinnati Bengals at 1 p.m. at FirstEnergy Stadium. Both teams come into the game at 0-3.

Hue Jackson will face his old team with rookie quarterback DeShone Kizer. The Bengals will have linebacker Vontaze Burfict back off suspension along with the rest of their front seven to chase after Kizer.

Our predictions for Browns vs. Bengals:

Doug Lesmerises (3-0): Browns 23, Bengals 19

Colts backup QB Jacoby Brissett, who beat the Browns last week, is more dangerous then Bengals QB Andy Dalton. Figure lessons learned on defense and at least one or two fewer dropped passes, and that equals a win.

Bud Shaw (3-0): Bengals 20, Browns 16

You are what your record says you are but the Bengals are the better 0-3 team.

Mary Kay Cabot (2-1): Bengals 27, Browns 20

Burfict's return sparks Cincinnati.

Dan Labbe (2-1): Bengals 20, Browns 17

The Browns come close, but not close enough as turnovers and A.J. Green are just too much.

Scott Patsko (2-1): Browns 24, Bengals 21

I thought when the season began that the Browns would steal an AFC North win at home. This sounds about right.

Browns cannot establish the run and have very little pass catching talent/ability. It's not Kizer all the time. He's young and needs to learn the speed of the game. He also needs to understand that it's OK to check down. Whether that option is built into most passing plays remains to be seen but I hope it would be.

Wow sounds like you are longing for Mangini !

That said I just want to see them get better, that has to be the goal. last week they played like crap to start the game but they made some nice adjustments at the half and played pretty good in the second half.

Look this team was destined to lose this year. The release of Haden told us all we needed to know about how they viewed this season.

When they took this team down to the studs they insured this was going to be what happened. If Kizer could up his game fine if he couldn't than they would be in a position to do something about it next year.

I believe the target is next season to turn our fortunes we must stay the course as distasteful as that is. There simply is no turning back at this point.

I believe the future to be bright but its painful for now.

That said this should be a good game, and at this point thats what I hope for, with us suffering a close lose, because we need high draft picks. superconfused
