I believe this is more on the FO than Williams, he’s proven in his career to be a good DC If you're going to make that argument for Williams, you have to make it for Hue too.

We are not running a formation with less than 3 wr's at any snap yet I've seen. And they have scored 0 points.
NOT ONE TIME have they tried only putting 2 Wr's on the field for a play.
Just saw a 3 wr, the tight end lines up away from the line, single back.
Throw to the tight end for short gain, 1.5 yard pass. (Seen if for Years!)
