Hearing the VP's walkout at the 9ers game cost like 300K! And Trump claims to have put him up to it, making it a political stunt!
Can't imagine how NFL kneelers protesting injustices toward black and brown people feel about a president that tries to change the meaning of their protest and attempts to drown them out...
They probably feel oppressed by the US government from the highest level. Are you ok with this? Ocommie spent more than that taking his ol lady's Mother in law on vacation. Where is the outrage. And can somebody please tell me some instances of Racial injustice. What rights do I have that these crybabies don't have?

I thought VP Pence made a powerful message. Fan support is not unconditional. Frankly he did what many fans should do: walk out. Better yet, don't even buy the ticket in the first place (irony noted.) And I think the money was well spent if it helps to teach a bunch of Prima Donna Multimillionaire Turds and a Participation Trophy holding, It's all about me, spoiled and ungrateful Generation of Turds that there are some things more important than them! America and those who paid the price to keep it Free for them to be Turds.

In order to teach a lesson, the lesson must be a good one, and must come from a good teacher. Neither happened.

Pence did nothing more than make America's Fascist Point clear! Fixed it for ya! Different rules for football and coal... "The war on coal is over," EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt declared in the coal mining state of Kentucky. He said no federal agency "should ever use its authority" to "declare war on any sector of our economy."

They continue to break big awareness to a problem they believe needs to be talked about more.
The VP wasted tax payer money in order to engage in a PR stunt.
you won’t comment on fraud waste and abuse from our government.

Odd. You mean like the obamas flying separate planes to vacation, then sending one back to get their dog? Pence had this trip planned out far in advance. He went to Indy as planned, and then he left. That would have happened anyway. No waste there. If all the players stood, the expense would have been the same.

Obama is In Office? What about what about what about.
Pence showed up KNOWING the players were kneeling. He had zero intention on staying for even half the game and everybody knew he little comment was prepared in advanced.
The topic is mike pence and the rest of you conservatives showing fake outrage over the players kneeling. Playing what about might work with your drunk friends at a bar, but not here.

Once again, who cares how long he stayed? The trip was already planned. He was going to go there and eventually leave. The only part that wasn't planned is that he started off the trip in Vegas, because of the shooting. Once again, no money wasted. The cost would have been the same if he stayed for the whole game or not. As for your attempt at an insult, I don't drink and don't go to bars.

Right, a guy who hasn’t been to a game in years all of a sudden wanted to make a casual stop at a game knowing the players would kneel.
You can continue drinking the koolaid all you want. Jim Jones will be proud.
He committed fraud waste and abuse just to make a PR stunt and you defend it. We have nothing else to discuss.

Funny how you don't mention fraud, waste, and abuse about former presidents. Doesn't matter. The money was spent, whether he stayed for the game, or didn't stay. (actually, he might have saved the gov't. money by leaving early. The secret service officers had their time cut short. But, someone will come along and say "not only did he disrespect the disrespecters, he cost the people protecting him money.)

"I left today's Colts game because @POTUS and I will not dignify any event that disrespects our soldiers, our Flag, or our National Anthem," The vice president tweeted Sunday night after the charade produced viral news. "I stand with @POTUS Trump, I stand with our soldiers, and I will always stand for our Flag and our National Anthem."
That’s his tweet. He knew the players was gonna kneel and did it anyway. The false narrative of him leaving regardless is an attempt to say that he lied about his reason for leaving, and instead was “gonna leave anyway”.
I don’t mention others because they aren’t currently in charge. I don’t play what about why? Because I don’t need to deflect in order to avoid talking about the specific topic.
You and Erik do. That’s fine Just don’t expect most to take you seriously. I agree with the nfl player on his comments about pence doing a PR stunt.
I also understand the ethics watchdog on their stance.
I understand ethics goes against conservative values. Starting to understand that you guys have very little values, if any.

September 11, 2016 NBC News' Vaughn Hillyard reports Pence attended the Indianapolis Colts football game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN. Years, huh? Maybe you shouldn't get your news from football players and the left. Why on earth would Pence attend the game when Peyton Manning's number was to be retired? He was only governor of Indiana last year, and is said to be a long time Colts fan. It just makes no sense. Who's drinking the kool aid?

This is an example of what happens when you try to only search for things that support your opinion: Governor Mike Pence gave the 20 Olympians who were born, trained, or competed for the state of Indiana with an Indiana Bicentennial Commemorative Medal. http://wishtv.com/2016/09/11/pence-honors-indiana-olympians-before-colts-game/He wasn’t there for the actual game. He was there to honor the olympians and then he bounced. So yea I stand by my comments. You drunk the koolaid and are only looking stupid because of it. That two all of 20secs to search. Good job, Erik. The most you post, the more ignorant you look. PR stunt on tax payers dime. Fraud waste and abuse.

NFLPA Fires Back at Jerry Jones for Saying Players Will Stand or Not Play, Warns Against Making Players’ Rights ‘Subservient’ http://www.breitbart.com/sports/2017/10/...m_medium=socialDallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones seems to be fed up with the disrespectful national anthem protests infesting the NFL. Jones told the media on Sunday, that if his players don’t stand for the anthem, then they won’t play. However, now the NFL player’s union is countering Jones’ comment and insisting that anthem protests are “conscientious” and “respectful.” In recent comments to the Dallas Morning News, the Cowboys owner seemed to make a definitive statement against the protests. “If there’s anything that is disrespectful to the flag, then we will not play. OK? Understand? If we are disrespecting the flag, then we won’t play. Period. Period,” Jones said. “We’re going to respect the flag, and I’m going to create the perception of it. And we have. I’m not aware and wouldn’t know what you’re talking about. I’m not aware of that. . . . We as a team are very much on the page together. We have made our expression that we’re together,” Jones added. Strangely, Jones claimed he wasn’t aware that two of his players had been seen raising fists towards the end of the anthem. Still, Jones’ comments are the strongest comments to date from an NFL owner about the anthem protests. The comments spurred the National Football Players Association (NFLPA) to speak out in a statement posted Sunday to its website. The NFLPA insisted that the anthem protests are acts of pure Americanism, are conscientious, and respectful: NFL players are union members and part of the labor movement that has woven the fabric of America for generations. Our men and their families are also conscientious Americans who continue to be forces for good through our communities and some have decided to use their platform to peacefully raise awareness to issues that deserve attention. It is a source of enormous pride that some of the best conversations about these issues have taken place in our locker rooms in a respectful, civil and thoughtful way that should serve as a model for how all of us can communicate with each other. The statement ended asserting that the protests should not be stifled: “We should not stifle these discussions and cannot allow our rights to become subservient to the very opinions our Constitution protects. That is what makes us the land of the free and home of the brave,” the statement concluded.

Change of narrative works on short attention span types.
This was never about the flag until Dolt 45 gave his drones their marching orders.
That is incorrect. It was about the flag when Kaepernick was doing it long before 45 was elected.
WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...

Where in that article does it say he left? I can tell you that it doesn't. So, you are making up that part. Put up or shut up.
He was at the most recent game to celebrate Manning's number retirement.
Once again, how was money wasted if he was going to the game anyway? Are you suggesting that the NFL and the POTUS set up the schedule because they knew back in May that the 49rs would be a kneeling team this year. That's one hell of a conspiracy. The colts just happened to schedule the retirement for the 9ers game because they knew it would cause a controversy, for liberals.
As for money wasted in government, how much of a hypocrite could you possibly be? As much as a rank and file democrat, I guess.

Please. I provided evidence of exactly why he went and you went AWOL.
You had no trouble going back and forth right up until I fact checked your link.
You’re the one who’s boring bro, sorry. I already know everything you will say on any issue, cause conservatives are that predictable.
Predictable = boring. Like our browns offense.
Funny cause you’re also 0-whatever when debating me.

Why on earth would Pence attend the game when Peyton Manning's number was to be retired? That's a great question. Perhaps you should also ask why the dude left 1.5 hours before the halftime ceremony that honored Manning.

Trump fundraising off Pence's NFL walkoutBY OLIVIA BEAVERS - 10/09/17 06:59 PM EDT BY OLIVIA BEAVERS - 10/09/17 06:59 PM EDT 1,434 Trump fundraising off Pence's NFL walkout © Getty Images President Trump is fundraising off of Vice President Pence's dramatic walkout from an Indianapolis Colts game on Sunday, when several San Francisco 49ers kneeled during "The Star-Spangled Banner." "Yesterday members of the San Francisco 49ers took a knee during our National Anthem. Their stunt showed the world that they don’t believe our flag is worth standing for," the president said Monday in an email from the Trump Make America Great Again Committee. "But your Vice President REFUSED to dignify their disrespect for our anthem, our flag, and the many brave soldiers who have died for their freedoms," Trump said, calling for campaign donations to support the move. Trump then slammed the "Fake News Media" for "relentlessly" attacking Pence for showing "patriotism" in his decision to leave the game. In a statement Sunday, Pence said he left the game because "President Trump and I will not dignify any event that disrespects our soldiers, our Flag, or our National Anthem." During the game, it appeared that over a dozen players of the San Francisco 49ers kneeled for the national anthem. Pundits and sports personalities have called Pence's move a "political stunt," suggesting he planned to walk out before ever setting foot in the stadium. CNN reported Monday that the vice president's travel to and from the game he briefly attended cost taxpayers more than $200,000. Trump tweeted Sunday that Pence left the game at his suggestion: Donald J. Trump ✔@realDonaldTrump I asked @VP Pence to leave stadium if any players kneeled, disrespecting our country. I am proud of him and @SecondLady Karen. 2:16 PM - Oct 8, 2017 Pence's walkout is the latest escalation in the drama revolving around NFL players who refuse to stand before a game gets underway. The president has repeatedly attacked those participating in the protest. Trump took aim at NFL free agent Colin Kaepernick last month during a rowdy rally in Alabama, in which he called on NFL owners to fire any players engaging in such protests. The remarks, however, inspired many more players to kneel or link arms during the the national anthem to protest Trump's attacks. Trump, in the email, said the media will lose "this fight, because we have the AMERICAN PEOPLE standing on our side." The fundraising email came the same afternoon that ESPN announced it has suspended host Jemele Hill, who famously called Trump a “white supremacist” and a “bigot” last month, for suggesting a boycott of Dallas Cowboys advertisers after owner Jerry Jones threatened to bench any players who kneel for the anthem. http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/354632-trump-fundraising-off-vp-nfl-walkout POLITICAL STUNT AT TAXPAYERS EXPENSE! Anybody that buys into Trump's BS deserves to be called stupid, uneducated, or whatever label you put on sheeple these days!

Trump threatens to end NFL's 'massive tax breaks,' but his tax plan would be great for sports teams -Trump appears to have been referring to the National Football League's former status as a tax-exempt nonprofit. -But the league gave up that position in 2015 after NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said the organization had been "mischaracterized repeatedly." https://www.cnbc.com/2017/10/10/trump-th...s-tax-plan.htmlBAAAAAAaaaaaaaAAAAAaaaaa

You do realize trump is breaking the law right now, right?
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
- Theodore Roosevelt
