Fire Jackson next week if he doesn't hire an OC. Not sure what that's gonna do........ Firing a coach mid-season never makes sense to me. There's no one in the wings to take over and try to show what htey can do for the job (in the assistant grouping). If anything, it would look better courting coaches next year if we show that we're willing to at least let a guy finish his second season EDIT: But I have wanted an OC for awhile now. I've given Hue the benefit of the doubt, but don't understand why he's going so against the grain. I get that his assistant coaching staff might have their own heirarchy that makes them structured differently than the rest of hte league, but I haven't seen evidence of it working. Hire an OC and call the plays if he needs to. But the offense clearly isn't being managed properly

Hogan is terrible(just like i said he would not be the answer)
Kizer is finished...name me one rookie Qb Ever who was benched 4 and 1/2 games in that rebounded from that....Jackson literally just killed the kids career.
We should have left Kizer in to play and rode it out and let him develop. This Qb waffling all the time just hurts the team. Rookies make mistakes, that what they do, you MUST let him play though them....the team is trash mostly so just let the kid takes his lumps..
Nope Jackson and our FO can't stay the course on the plan...expecting a rookie QB to play like Brady out the gate is retarded....They should have kept Osweiler and started the year with a veteran and let Kizer sit awhile if need be...if winning was actually important to the this team thye would have kept Osweiler.
Starting a rookie QB usually signals a development year, but the Browns can even get that right. Then they march our Hogan who has a much of a noodle arm as Charlie French Frye....Hogan has a noodle arm..the ball takes forever to get there...that is when he doesn't throw the ball 6 feet over the guys head..lol!
