That is the part of the problem. Why doesn't someone ask Sashi these things.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

Part of our problem is that we don't draft playmakers. Yes, there are other holes but our WRs can't get open. Oline is spotty at best. So any QB will struggle until we fix that. Moneyball is not about playmaking ability, Fruit rings are the same thing as Fruit Loops just cheaper Moneyball is about quantity over quality. Too bad the NFL isn't.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

Sleezy money. I guess i'm just lucky enough to have a job that pays well enough that I don't have to resort to betting against my football team. I spend way too much time caring about the browns to abandon them to make an easy buck. That's why i'm confused. you guys have been on the board a long time. Like probably as long as me (For me, 17 years maybe?) I'm not ready to go so far as to bet against my own team. Just doesn't feel right....... Being a con artist could be called "business" or a "drug dealer", but betting against my own team just wouldn't feel right. But if you feel you need to make a deal with the devil, go ahead............. Nothing wrong with it at all, the Browns give me no reason to care about them anymore. In fantasy I take the opposing QB every week https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVxYOQS6ggk

That was just unpleasant. You look forward to a game and you get the knife to a gunfight scenario. I was actually hoping for Kizer to be brought in.
All our problems are QB related.

This is getting hard to watch, but I'll persevere I guess. Except for a few, our team has lost it's fighting spirit.

I’m all for Kizer coming back in. If we’re not going to have a chance to win anyway, may as well let the kid learn.

I don't know what fans are looking at but tell me how folks cannot see that these young kids are learning OTJ. And until we sign vets and talent, the Browns will look like this. Moneyball might work, but it will take too long.

I finally made good on my promise to bet against the Browns. Laid 8.5. Feeling good. Why would you ever bet against your own team? That's just something I'd never do. There's how many other games in the NFL you can bet on, yet you bet against your team? Not a betting man myself, but I agree. I could never do it either. But you have to admit, a sure bet is a sure bet.
WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...

Well that certainly was an exciting 1st half. I'm going to take a little breather and then settle in for what I believe will be a great 2nd half come from behind victory for us!!!!!

If anyone think Sashi and company deserve another year you are just plain out of your mind. You CANNOT consistently field a team with ZERO NFL talent with your position being "we're developing". The Browns NEED someone...anyone...who can evaluate NFL talent AND BRING IT TO CLEVELAND. And then you have to actually keep it in Cleveland. Stockpiling draft picks that suck is NOT the answer. None of these guys look like they have a clue on what to do in the NFL. Folks, this isn't an NFL football team. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Jimmy needs to clean out the front office. Now. This is just awful.
After 55 years, I'm walking away from this dumpster fire. Good luck to everyone who continues to hang on. You'll need it.

We must have gotten complacent because Houston has so many starters out. Hue will get them back on track for the 2nd half.

How are we getting out coached?? What coach you know that could coach this team?? And don't use Belicheck! You have the youngest team in the NFL and rookie/2nd yr Qbs, WRs that would be backups ANYWHERE IN THE LEAGUE. So who you gonna name?

William Patrick "Bill" Polian, Jr. is an NFL analyst for ESPN and former American football executive. He was the Vice Chairman of the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League from 1998 to 2011.

How can I look forward to this every week???? I was going to tell you to root for the other team. But. Don't give up. Last year we suffered through this nonsense, with the expectation that this year would be different. They sold us a bill of goods.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.
