You want to see some type of progress as the season moves along .. Need to admit that the run D has really come along this year .. But other than THAT , WHAT ??

Team gives me a splitting headache

Let’s be real. Theres no real drop off with peppers hurt. No excuse to blitz literally every play especially when it doesn’t work.

Inexcusable for Hue to take that timeout before the score. That's what allowed Minn to score. Absolutely inexcusable. The coach isn't supposed to prevent you from winning.

Defense is very good even with the backups.

Offense is anemic.

That trade down looks worse and worse. You take Hooker and you don't look back.

Just silliness.

Lets be real ; Peppers was never used right , right from the start .. Or it was a bad draft pick !

He missed on an early deep shot to Njoku that did come open, so I was waiting for the Browns to go back to that. Picked the right time to do it. He nailed it one attempt #2.

The shovel pass, I think, was indicative of how much his process has sped up over the last few weeks. Nobody open, pressure in the pocket, didn't panic, navigated some space and made a quick decision when Crow dropped off his block.

He's now got three QB sneak TDs on the season. He makes it look easy. He's a really, really big kid. Nice to have a threat like that.

Awesome first half from him. 8/12 for 101 yards and 1 TD. Rushing game is holding up, 10 attempts for 58 yards and 1 TD. That's not including the two 3rd down drops from Louis.

Special teams has let us down with the missed XP and muffed punt. That's a 4 point swing.

Really like what the defense has done. A few little issues, but the collapse came when gassed. Otherwise, we've been solid. Ogbah isn't filling the stat sheet but he's having an excellent game. Schobert has 9 tackles, 1 interception and 1 FF. Collins and Kirksey have both made some really nice plays, too.

In the 2nd half, I hope we keep doing what we're doing. Play hard defense, let Kizer pick his spots, try keep this run game going and outlast them.

Gregg Williams has to tone down the blitzing. We've forced Keenum to throw 28 first half passes. He'll have to throw more in the 2nd half if we keep the lead. You want a guy like Keenum throwing in to coverage, not having easy passes because they're anticipating and picking up the blitz. Williams is on a hyper masculine trip. He needs to calm down.

I don't feel like Minnesota has too many points in them. We just have to bide our time and pick our spots.

Njoku was held on that play. No call.

I disagree. Worth it to try keep his young offense calm and steady. No rushing, nothing silly. It worked. We got a touchdown.

We can't exist if giving Case Keenum 40 seconds to march 80 yards is too much. That was all Gregg Williams. He shouldn't have been dialling up the blitz in that situation.
