Refs, I'm okay if you want to delete this, but the other thread is 12 pages long and I know you usually lock them around 10 pages.
--Greatest comeback ever!!!
--Penn State is a very good team and somehow we came back despite making mistake after mistake after mistake.
--I can't believe we don't have a kicker who can kick it our of the end zone. He doesn't have to kick FG's, but this isn't the NFL w/a limited roster size. Sign a big-legged dude to boot it out of the end zone.
--Play Dobbins more.
--Paris is fast and skilled, but he fumbles way too much.
--Dixon is looking to be a true player.
--I was down on JT, but I texted my son before the announcers even said it, but the dude has vaulted into a Heisman candidate.
--Our DL is freaking awesome!
--I think Penn St knew we would concentrate on Barkley, but they probably should have gotten him the ball more.
--Their qb didn't have good numbers, but he makes big plays out of nothing.
--We need to get Dobbins more touches.
--Greatest game of the year! By far!

I think we have another great shot at the playoffs. Third time in four years. Impressive if it happens.
We are very young and inexperienced. We make a ton of mistakes and our special teams' play has been awful. But, we have a 4-year guy at QB and a ton of talented athletes.
It's a process, but we're on way to making the playoffs. That was a huge win against a very good team.

If only Barrett could play like he did in the 4th quarter all the time:
13/13, 170 yards, 3 TDs.
Maybe it's our turn to get on a roll.

That was an awesome play! I could see him actually thinking about which guy to grab. He quickly said......."I'll grab them both." LOL
How awesome!!!!

In the fourth quarter, against a team ranked No. 1 in scoring defense, Barrett went 13-of-13 for 170 yards and three touchdowns. He completed his last 17 attempts, finishing with 328 yards passing and 95 yards rushing. http://www.espn.com/college-football/sto...s-comeback-agesThat’s big time.

I'm 36 years old, I was at #1OSU vs #2um,

so, I went to the Horseshoe yesterday. My first time ever being there. WOW. I picked a good one.
What a crowd. What a comeback!!
For three quarters things literally couldn't go our way. Terrible turnovers, penalties, poor officiating, bad luck, etc ... and then we just kept grinding and got momentum.
Oh yea, and it was COLD!
GO BUCKS

Probably my favorite play of the game...
Still can't believe we won... My wife and I had a date last night to go see Chris tomlin.. When we left I thought for sure we lost,,, so much so that I texted a PSU fan to congratulate him,... I guess it's the Browns mentality in me...
Dad texted me while we were still at dinner to let me know we won... Was thrilled to watch the rest of the game after Our date,,, will rematch the whole game later this week...
Unreal... Still can't believe we won... Hopefully we can finish this season off... Don't know if we'll make the playoffs but all we can do is keep winning...

It was a Dickens of a game: . . . "The worst of times, it was the best of times . . . ." Some great plays, some stupid plays with blown assignments, and a huge finish. Ugliest and most important win of the season.

The Ohio State University and some other guys.
PREDICTION: BSPN will spend about 70% of their time on air arguing about teams not on the list.
I expect some new faces on Its for next game. Whale of a win!

I'm guessing:
Alabama and Georgia for sure. I think Ohio State might have the 3rd spot and Clemson the 4th, but I could see Notre Dame or Wisconsin getting one of those two final spots.
Of course, a lot will change as the games play out. I'm just talking about the initial poll results that come out tomorrow.

I just hope we can stay there.
Simply homering. I care about the Buckeyes. Just somebody to beat for the rest of the. I will be surprised if ND isn't in the list given any chance whatsoever. Folks seem frantic to get them in somehow. I still favor a number higher than four, even if it is a play-in or extra bracket.
Go, Bucks!

Man after the Cavs and Browns, having this Penn State game win, in the fashion we did so, was what held this weekend together for me in terms of the sports and etc.
JT Barrett, thank you... kind sir!

If u guys are on it over us ... that would be wrong ... way wrong ...
I don’t think it will matter cause i don’t see us winning out due to our QB ....
Here’s why we should be over u TODAY imo ...
- we lost to the undefeated #2 team in the country at home by a point ... - u guy lost to the one loss #8 team in the country by 2 touchdowns at home ...
Your “signature” win is against the #7 team in the country whose SOS is going to be crap ... go look at their out of conference schedule .. WEAKEST I’VE EVER SEEN ...
Other than that you’ve played no one .. the big 10 sucks this year ..
...........................................................................................................................
Just curious .... how does a one loss Clemson make it in over us ... they lost to Syracuse ... whats your logic there ...
Does Wisconsin have a loss? ... are u guys ranked over them solely because of their SOS .. their out of conference schedule is almost as bad as PSU ...

quote above by Diam: the big 10 sucks this year . I don't know if I'm pessimistic (I don't think so), but it's been a long time since I thought the Big Ten was the dominant conference. In 2014, Ohio State won the BCS and Wisconsin was also in the CFPs. Michigan State finished #5. (that's a pretty good year - but no other top-25 teams) In 1999, 7 Big Ten teams finished in the AP-25. (not Ohio State)

Correct.

When we played them, what was their ranking? Oh yeah, #2 I believe. We MADE them #7. [/quote]

I was just guessing. I wasn't saying who I thought should be in. Those were just my guesses and I thought I included ND? Not all your facts are correct. We beat the number 2 team in the country. They dropped to 7 after we beat them. Yes, Wisconsin is undefeated, but their SOS sucks. Here is a nice chart that I just found. According to this: 1. Alabama 2. Ohio State 3. Penn State 4. Notre Dame Wisconsin is 11th. Here, check it out: http://www.espn.com/college-football/playoffPictureThe initial poll doesn't matter all that much, especially for conference teams. I just thought it would be fun to discuss.

Oklahoma 4. Ohio State I do find it funny that people are writing off Wisconsin because they haven't played anybody (they haven't), yet Alabama gets a pass? I get that they're Alabama, but I don't think you should factor in years' past. Still, the best 4 teams to me are Georgia, Alabama, Oklahoma and Ohio State. Clemson, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Miami, and Penn State are good teams but I think are a bit behind.

What I think it will be: 1. Alabama 2. Georgia 3. Ohio State 4. Wisconsin I think there is about a .001% chance you get two SEC and two Big 10 teams and exclude all of the other conferences. It would take some really wild things to happen for that to come to fruition.. In the ACC Miami and Clemson both still have a great chance to be 0 or 1 loss teams and conference champion... Notre Dame could still be a 1 loss team... Oklahoma could still be a 1 loss team and conference champion.. (but there loss is bad) I can see Bama and Georgia both getting in if they finish out and play the SEC championship game close... But if OSU plays Wisconsin.. if OSU loses, they are a 2 loss team, they are likely out. If Wisconsin loses, (especially if it's not all that close) it validates that they didn't play anybody... In the end, I think the committee will go to great lengths to make sure more than 2 conferences are represented in the final 4.

But I forgot to add.. great win Saturday. If you would have told me that PSU would have a KO return for a TD and a fumble recovery nearly for points, I would have said OSU couldn't win.. defense played very well...
And I was very critical of Barrett early on, felt like he was basically riding the talent around him.. but he has really shown me something as the season went on.. he's been very good.

Browns need to draft Denzel Ward in the first. He's going to be a great corner in the NFL.

What was up with the targeting call? I was listening to the game on the way back from Columbus. They didn't show a replay on the halftime show. Was it legit or not?

This goes under the “very bad loss” column and will doom them. No way they get in a playoff now.
