I would find this impossible to believe ... when I KNOW the Browns offered a first and a 2nd at the VERY LEAST.

We offered it but they wanted 2 firsts for him and we balked. It was one of our worst decisions as a franchise ever. Hell go look in the archives because we all discussed it for like 30 pages worth.

Find a QB.
If you are judging this FO on that mission alone, they have failed miserably. When you add in the fact that they had several opportunities to get the QB - it's not like they had to get creative - they have failed miserably.
