Just to clarify for you all...

cis just means you are not trans. You can be cis and hetero or homo. It just means you identify with whatever sex organs you were born with. So a cis can be a homosexual male or female. Or a heterosexual male or female. Or any other kind of gender as long as you like your existing junk

Is there really a need for a name for that?

Facebook has about 70+ names for that. LGBT kids are all about categorizing that. I know. Because I have to hear about it every day in my line of work.

ahhh but your sexual preference has nothing to do with your gender. so a gay male is still a male, no need to call him a gay cis male or whatever they pc term is now. Or so it would seem to me.
