I was hoping for Bledsoe, but after the crap he recently pulled w/the Suns, how can anyone want such a piece of crap like him?

I can blame him. Not asking you to agree. But, when you love something............you play. When you are more interested in YOU, you don't.

Right, so he was pissed that the Suns took something he loved away (when he was having the best season of his career). I wouldn't count this against Bledsoe, especially if I was the Cavs and had LeBron to reign him in.

We disagree. I played the game. When you love the game, you play. When you are more about you than the team or game.......you make selfish decisions. You don't win w/those kind of dudes.

Thank you so much for making it personal. That would be you: This is taking a shot at me because you think I didn't play (I did/do), therefore my opinion doesn't matter. Thanks for playing!

Okay. I am wrong about making it personal. It was all me and you are innocent.
Now, I'll make it more personal. I don't think you know what you are talking about.

Cavs need to look at trading anyone not named lebron to get younger names like Bledsoe and okafor are on block, this team is just too old to compete This team would be the heavy favorite to win the NBA championship if it was 2010.. even if we somehow pull it together enough to get back to the finals, GSW (or Rockets, Spurs, Thunder) will just flat wear this team out the way they get the ball down the court in transition on misses AND makes...

we look so slow defensively ... our perimeter D is atrocious. Giving up over 110 to crap teams is inexcusable
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

I think a guy like Mark Jackson could help fix this mess, Lue can't. If Blatt (who imo was 10x the coach Lue is) can be fired when in first place in the east after taking Lebron and some JAGS to the 6th game in the finals, Lue shouldn't feel comfortable. The defense under him has gotten progressively worse, you can be a running team and play with pace (barf) when your whole team is on the wrong side of 30, they don't have the energy to play defense. If anything, they should be slowing it down to half court and force teams to play half court with defense. You can still have quick offense and ball movement in the half court. Stop trying to switch every damn thing and learn how to keep the guy defending the PNR so they don't have a free dunk. It's supposed to be a hard show, not show and stand there

So TT is out at least a month. We'll see if our rotations look any better

Part is stupidity IMO. I am watching less. We are slow, we bail out after shots at our end, we seem indifferent. I am so tired of us giving up leads when we manage them. I REALLY hate the spells where we come down the floor on offense and with maybe a pass or two, somebody throws up a lousy three, misses, and we do that about seven out of next ten trips. I f we hit those, great! Coach L is wasting way too many possessions and failing to work clock by holding the ball. We may be stars in The Bigs, but we are giving up way too much way too often to teams we should be beating. LBJ needs to figure out where he is in all this.
I have yet to enjoy watching them this season.

i'll be honest, the cavs have been tough to watch most of their regular season games since LBJ came back ... but this year it's unwatchable basketball

Lue has had the most talent of any Cavs team in history and can't be effective. Mike Brown took a team with juggernauts like Eric Snow, Donyell Marshall, Ira newble, sasha pavlovic to the finals. Our defense has progressively gotten worse every year under Lue, Blatt actually had them playing defense. The right thing to do is fire Lue, but it won't happen, too many things would snowball from there with lebron, unless you can get Lebron onboard with the move. I think a guy like Mark Jackson or Kevin McHale might be enough for lebron to say ok. didn't like firing of Blatt and still think he got a raw deal. He would have figured out how to handle NBA star ego's. He already had the X's and O's, alot easier to learn the team management side of it. Lue can manage the egos from playing, he sucks with X's and O's. I think he and Blatt together would have worked long term. Hard to win in the league when you're getting outplayed AND outcoached nightly. That being said, I really want them to figure it out. If I'm Lue, I'm not whining to the press how everyone is intimidated to play with the most unselfish superstar since magic to play. I think you have to think about how you want to play vs what's realistic. Asking the oldest team in the NBA to play at breakneck speed the whole game isn't going to work, don't care how well they condition, their VO2 Max isn't ever going to be what a 21-25 year olds will be. So adjust. No reason not to be a halfcourt team anyways..that's what gets played in the post season anyways. Stop trying to adapt to everyone else and make everyone else conform to you by making whatever you're doing work best for you. We aren't doing that right now and its almost all on coaching. On defense at the NBA level it goes above desire and want to from the players, Individual effort is needed absolutely, but theres things you can do from a team and scheme perspective that will allow you to play good defense yet not exert all your energy. Start small and maybe concentrate on taking away corner threes and then build from that. Big game against washington tonight. Lets see if they come ready to play, if they play like they have this might be over by half.

it'd be nice to see a little D tonight Don’t look for that, neither team plays defense, which is good for us so we can get our offense going, wouldn’t be surprised both teams in the 120-125 range

LeBron James: 57 points, 11 rebounds, 7 assist.
Wow.

Great win for the Cavs tonight.. but can't count on LeBron playing 42 minutes every night, shooting lights out, and they still gave up 66 first half points...
