Are you being serious? He's a third-tier developer who is best known for overpaying and getting swindled on every land deal he makes. He was so bad at it, that he's long been relegated to branding deals only, and no bank in the world will loan him money because he constantly fell on his face making terrible land deals. He blew through his inheritance, and blew through borrowing from his siblings inheritance.
