Eat me. Deers only hunt with cars, because using a bow and arrow is too hard for their hooves.

I made a venison shoulder using THIS recipe. It was freaking AMAZINGLY good. Could cut the meat with a plastic fork... and any recipe that starts with "brown the meat in 1/4 cup bacon fat" wins by default!  I have a hind leg that I'm going to do up the same way this week.
Browns is the Browns
... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.

Can't think of anything worse. Deer and Elk meat being served by a fast food restaurant that mass produces heavily processed "food", freezes it and then re-heats it.
