Lets recap,

Flynn was charged with lying to FBI. He was not charged with talking to Russia, but lying about it.

The conversation with Russia happened in dec 2016 (AFTER THE ELECTION). Wasn't this whole thing setup about colluding w/ Russia during the election??

And I am certain that a president elect is allowed to make contact w/ foreign governments and that is pretty typical.

Morning Joe went through the charges that Mueller still has in his back pocket that he can still use on Flynn. Flynn all of a sudden starts getting selective memory, Mueller is going to go back and amend the charges. There is enough that hasn't been brought against Flynn that are valid charges that could land his son in prison and Flynn in prison for the rest of his life.

This ballgame is still in the first or second inning.

What no mention of the other 11 counts he was indicted on? He's toast.

Trump did indeed know Flynn lied to the feds back in January, which means it lines up with him asking Comey to drop the investigation, then firing Comey when he wouldn't.

Not that I care that much, but this is hardly breaking news, this is why Flynn got fired.
