Damn it I am tired of missing out on all of this. OK Al played with my Moobs before too but I did kinda like it. He said all the hair on them really turned him on.

Orig Post by OCD...
What he did was wrong. Not sure it's kick him out wrong, but definately black eye wrong. Unlike Moore, this was a grown ass woman. That doesn't make it right, but it does make it NOT in the same class.
If we start kicking out everybody that was ever sexually inappropriate at any time in their life, we'll be firing a lot of them.

Hmmm... Al Franken immediately apologizes for his actions with an adult woman. Says he doesn't remember the kiss that way and the pic was meant to be funny but he shouldn't have done it. Sends sincere apology to accuser. So in 40s world: - There is no difference in a guy who puts moves on a woman and a guy who puts moves on 14-18 year old girls. - A guy who (at the time had one accuser) and immediately acknowledged his wrongdoing then went on to apologize not once but twice, this guy's transgressions are worse than a guy reported to target little girls in malls with 8 (at the time) accusers and multiple corroborations of each report. - Trump childishly calls Al Franken "Frankenstein", so 40 must parrot this name calling. - Meanwhile, Trump remains silent on the pedophile Judge ans denies 12 accusers of his own. Trumps press secretary says the difference is denial, so the justifies everything, case closed for 40... Well if you want the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth: 40 has devolved into a Trump Troll and is in full blown cult mode now.

And the term 'sexually inappropriate' covers a lot of ground. It could mean calling somebody 'babe' or 'honey' to grabbing them by their _____!

Whoa there hombre! Talk about putting spin on the cue ball! Franken didn't put a 'move' on a woman.
HE GROPED HER WHILE SLEEPING!

This picture is drawing more attention from Attorneys as it is being called a Federal Felony. This occurred on a Military plane, thus it is under Federal jurisdiction. The statute is known as "Abusive Sexual Contact" and the fact that she is asleep meets the part of the law that assumes their is no consent as she is asleep and unable to give consent. Touching over her clothing is still "Abusive Sexual Contact". The statute of limitations is in effect unless the Federal Government states the Statute does not begin until the discovery of the crime, which came later when she discovered the picture.

I cant believe people would say he apologized and that is ok, yet if he had an R in front his name the outrage would be through the roof.
Sad day when the left is putting party over women's issues. They been doing it since their hero .. BILLY BOY ... If i wanted to be a scumbag and follow their lead ... i would say something along the lines of ... “Their just following the example the clintonS set” ... That man was the BIGGEST SEXUAL PREDATOR ever and she attacked every VICTIM “defending her husband”(thats code for their political careers ... ) ... they even soften that with “ she attacked the ACCUSERS” ... BS that POS human being that is held up as the leader of moving women’s rights forward attacked the VICTIMS!!!! This time .... 1 + 1 = 9,876,723 ...

Franken won't resign: Senator apologizes, says he wants to get back to workDemocratic Sen. Al Franken, in his first press conference since allegations surfaced of sexual misconduct, said Monday that he was “sorry” but hopes to regain the public’s trust and confidence by getting “back to work.” And the senator made clear he has no plans to resign. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/11/...ck-to-work.htmlHypocrite!

There is a video out there of Al pointing fingers in indignation at the ethics of others. Haven't found it yet.
Sessions, Gorsuch and Cruz were among those called out.

J/C The statement he released shows not remorse, and if you really read it, it skirts taking responsibility. I’ve met tens of thousands of people and taken thousands of photographs, often in crowded and chaotic situations....I’m a warm person; I hug people.....Some women have found my greetings or embraces for a hug or photo inappropriate, and I respect their feelings about that...... I feel terribly that I’ve made some women feel badly and for that I am so sorry So basically, he is saying he didn't do anything wrong, but is sorry the women feel that he did......what a half arse apology.

News story, Leading, Sexual Harassment in Congress.
Not withstanding the gravity of the subject,
I breathed a sigh of relief that there isn't any actual news.
OH, look, they lit the National Christmas tree, Thank God there isn't any "actual" news.
There were a lot of (>) stories September 10th 2001 too. One of them was an airline passenger's bill of rights.
Yep. It's a nice day that there isn't any real, devastating, news.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

How 'the Weinstein effect' is influencing office holiday parties-Some companies are scaling back the office holiday party, or canceling it altogether, amid headlines over sexual harassment allegations. -"Employers are currently very wary of creating an environment where inappropriate contact between employees could occur," said Andrew Challenger, vice president of Challenger, Gray & Christmas. https://www.cnbc.com/2017/12/05/companie...nt-worries.htmlNo more free booze? (You can post your - "where did I say that" comment now) Look, I don't like it but I understand it.. companies don't want their name in headlines that this happened at one of their functions.. so the only thing they can do is shut down the whole event or greatly scale it back... It has nothing to do with liberalism or conservatism.. it has to do with individuals who can't freaking control themselves... and from recent events, those individuals cross all party lines... Sure, you can hold the individual who did it responsible, fire them or have them arrested if it is bad enough.. but the companies name is still in the headlines and they lose.. even for trying to do the right thing.

I fully expect him to pay a price for these actions but I'm not sure what that price should be just yet. He hasn't been accused of rape or pedophilia and he did these things with adult women but he obviously used his fame and power to force himself on these women. At a minimum he should be voted out, but he may face some fines and jail here. The reason I'm happy he didn't step down is that I don't think this raises to the same level of a Roy Moore accusation. Very disturbing yes, unforgivable no... His first accuser has already accepted his apology and stated she does not want him to step down. You simply can't want more from the guy than his accusers do.

If people do not call on Franken to resign, then they have no business telling Roy Moore to drop out.
My opinion is that Franken should resign, and Moore drop out.

al franken needs to resign. Both of our initial reactions are the same. But after I considered this further, seeing Roy Moore probably win a seat, seeing Trump continue to lie about the women accusing him... I thought why demand one of the left's stronger political Senators step down over much less serious accusations without ferreting out the whole story. AND I expect the story whole story on ALL of these men to be exposed soon enough. Then let the chips fall where they may.

Swish, Here is a serious question; should the left stick to it's high moral values and preserve professional appearances to it's own detriment while the right puts up the likes of Trump, Moore, and Bannon without holding them accountable whatsoever?
