GUESS WHO's not posting a bigoted response? BIGOTED? ... ... Whats there to post about ... the sheriffs word is now the TRUTH ... i’m sure they know the area better than the BORDER PATROL ... ... I’ve scene video of the place ... the first DEFENSE of this was that they fell down a ravine .. come to find out its about a 10” fall ONTO SAND ... ooops ... lets move to the next line of BS ... Now were suppose to believe a truck hit them ... did it somehow manage to hit them DIRECTLY IN THE HEAD ... i’ve Never seen anyone hit by a truck ... but it seems odd they got hit by a truck and there’s no CONFIRMATION OF THAT on their bodies ... what world does that make sense in .. U and your boys Swish and Pit and the rest of the lefties think this actually PROVES ANYTHING ... Just curious what the crowd that I’m sure APPLAUDED the Stienle verdict based off the way u behave on here says about this ... The Border Patrol said they were told they were responding to ACTIVITY ... Let me guess the LOVE ILLEGALS crowd thinks that activity was trucks driving where theres a lot of truck traffick ... Ya ... that makes sense ... ... Trust me .. i’ll be back ... Gotta wait for something to post ... SAD PART ... What if they were hit by a truck ... that makes all the OTHER DEATHS BY ILLEGALS strolling across our border OK ... Dude that killed Kate was DEPORTED 5 TIMES ... if we had a wall ... odds of that happening go way down ... Obviously u guys have ZERO EMPATHY for American lives until its ONE OF YOUR OWN ... U guys are so so so sad ...

Why not stick with the basics and quit trying to sensationalize this?
When you enter our country without the proper documentation, you committed a crime. That's illegal and the price you pay is to be deported. Building a wall well help stop a lot of this.
I guess that makes me a lefty? lmao You're too funny.
I also never see you advocate going after the businesses that hire the illegals. If we wish to solve this problem, we must aggressively seek out and punish the businesses committing this crime as well. You do realize that many illegals wouldn't come here if there were no jobs for them, correct?
If we plan on solving this problem, we have to make efforts to solve it from both directions. And your seemingly incessant need to sensationalize it with every shocking headline does none of that.

Must be none of Portland’s loved ones were victims ... as we well know until this hits HOME for the lefties its NO BIGGIE to them ... RAPED AMERICANS .... Maybe it wasn’t really rape and they just got HIT BY A TRUCK ... ... http://www.kgw.com/news/woman-65-in-ne-p...glary/459231264Man deported 20 times sentenced to 35 years for Portland sex assault PORTLAND, Ore. -- A man with a long criminal history, deported 20 times, was sentenced Friday to 35 years in prison after breaking into a woman's home last summer. Sergio Jose Martinez, 31, then sexually assaulted the 65-year-old woman and stole her car. He was arrested after assaulting a second woman and running from police. Martinez, 31, was caught July 24 after officers chased him through a neighborhood. According to court documents filed in March 2017, Martinez has a history of illegal entry into the United States. He has been a transient in the Portland area for more than a year and has been deported 20 times. Martinez has at least five probation violations for re-entering the United States. His most recent removal was in November 2016, according to the March court documents. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged an immigration detainer against Martinez, asking authorities to notify them before releasing Martinez to allow ICE to take him into custody. The Department of Homeland Security said a detainer was requested for Martinez in December 2016, but he was released into the community and authorities did not notify ICE. Earlier this year, Multnomah County leaders and Sheriff Mike Reese wrote a letter to the community saying, "The Sheriff's Office does not hold people in county jails on ICE detainers or conduct any immigration enforcement actions." Prior to the July 24 arrest, Martinez's criminal record showed a felony conviction for burglary and three misdemeanor convictions for battery, theft, and obstructing a public officer. The court document also said he told investigators in March that he has a long history of using methamphetamine and was currently using on a daily basis. The new charges Martinez was convicted of include first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery (two counts), second-degree assault, first-degree sex abuse, first-degree sodomy and first-degree burglary. Police said Martinez broke into the 65-year-old woman's home in the 1700 block of Northeast Irving Street and physically and sexually assaulted her before stealing her 2011 silver Toyota Prius. Court documents said Martinez entered the woman's bedroom through a window that she left open due to the heat. He spoke "calmly and quietly," ordering the woman onto the ground, where he tied her hands and feet, and blindfolded her. Martinez threatened to kill the woman while he sexually assaulted her, according to the probable cause affidavit. Before he left, he punched her in the head several times and slammed her head onto a wood floor. Martinez left, taking the woman's phone with him. She went to a neighbor's house to call 911. Police responded to the home just after 6 a.m. The woman's car was found that evening near Southeast 99th Avenue and Stark Street. Later that night, officers were called to a reported disturbance between a man and a woman in the basement of a parking garage near the 2100 block of Northeast Halsey Street. Police said the Martinez was armed with a knife and he assaulted the woman. Resources for victims

This is possibly the best example EVER of the saying ... “watch what u ask for, u might get it” ... .... http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/12/04/ice...eportation.html ICE detains Mexican man after speaking to newspapers about girlfriend's deportation U.S. immigration authorities detained last week an illegal Mexican immigrant after he was featured in newspapers following his girlfriend’s immigration arrest in June. Baltazar "Rosas" Aburto Gutierrez, who has lived in the country for 18 years, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) last Monday after he talked about his girlfriend’s arrest with the local Chinook Observer and The Seattle Times. The girlfriend, who is also his children’s mother, was detained when she took their children to meet someone interested in the ad about a homemade piñata she was selling. The meeting turned out to be a sting by immigration authorities and she was arrested. Guttierez said the authorities walked her home so she can drop off the kids with him before taking her away. He claims to have told the ICE agents “Why you don't take us all?" as he was illegally in the U.S. as well. The woman has since been deported and lives in Mexico with their children. Their story was featured prominently in multiple newspapers, portraying the increased deportation efforts under the Trump administration and a crackdown on illegal immigrants who have not committed other crimes. Speaking from the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma, Gutierrez told the Times that he was arrested last week in Ocean Shores, where he lives and works as clamdigger. “My supervisor asked me to come find you because of what appeared in the newspaper,” he said an ICE agent told him. ICE spokeswoman Lori Haley said the agency does not retaliate, but declined to comment on Gutierrez's case. ICE conducts targeted immigration enforcement in compliance with federal law and agency policy, and at times, exercises prosecutorial discretion when the circumstances of a particular case have extenuating factors like the care of minor children or an alien's medical condition," the statement read, adding that "This does not mean an alien is exempt from future immigration enforcement.” Legal advisors for immigrants said Gutierrez could potentially argue that ICE violated his free speech rights because he was arrested after speaking out. "It certainly is troubling," Northwest Immigrant Rights Project legal director Matt Adams told the Times. Gutierrez said he cannot afford the $25,000 bond and has not yet been given a court date. His girlfriend, speaking from Mexico, said the arrest is putting the family in jeopardy as he was sending his earnings to them. ...................................................... I think it was nice of them to come back and honor his request .... ...

Should not people who break the law be punished? Should not foreign invaders be stopped? Are we not allowed to control who comes and goes into our country?
Why even be a country at all then if you don't do the very basic things a country does like enforce laws and protect your citizens from harm?
You can't fix stupid but you can destroy ignorance. When you destroy ignorance you remove the justifications for evil. If you want to destroy evil then educate our people. Hate is a tool of the stupid to deal with what they can't understand.

Didn't know this thread was about cops killing unarmed citizens. It’s not. Oh. I thought we were talking about preventable homicide in this thread. Given that it's much more likely that you'll be shot to death, while unarmed by the police than it is to be killed by an illegal immigrant or a muslim terrorist. My Bad. I honestly still don't know what this thread is about. I think it's about how many people culverts kill a year.

First off, so because something else bad is happening, we cannot try to fix ANY OTHER ISSUES? More people get killed in car accidents than by a roller coaster accident, doesn't mean we do not try to stop roller coasters from falling apart and killing people. . . .

Actually, it kinda does. Allocation of resources and all. That's why car companies don't make roller coasters. Where is the money coming from in all of this? A border wall is extremely costly and probably won't be very effective. We're talking about a 20 foot wall that has 6 feet of it below ground as well. Who is going to pay for all of that?

Also, FAIR? lol The Heritage Foundation has more credibility than them. If half of illegals are people that have outstayed their visas, find them and escort them out of the country. OR, have them reapply. Too often we hear about some lady that had a visa from 20 years ago, and now is afraid she'll be deported since her visa expired how ever many years ago. Never renewed, never nothing. But, in the interview, they need an interpreter, because she never bothered to learn English either.

Trump Touts Rejection of U.N. Plan to Force Mass Third World Immigration by Ian Mason 8 Dec 2017 At his speech in Pensacola, Florida Friday, President Donald Trump celebrated his decision to take America out of negotiations for the so-called “Global Compact on Migration.” “I recently withdrew the United States from the United Nations plan for global governance of immigration and refugee policy,” Trump told the raucous crowd, calling the Global Compact a “no borders plan.” “I heard about this recently … no borders, everyone can come in! If you don’t mind, I rejected that plan, is that OK?” Trump continued. The plan Trump referenced was the United Nations’ (U.N.) “Global Compact on Migration,” to which the Obama administration pledged the United States participation last year. Talks began this week in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on the massive United Nations (U.N.) plan to create “safe, regular and orderly migration,” from the third whole to wealthy countries in Europe and North America. On the eve of those talks, however, Trump reversed Obama’s decision and pulled U.S. negotiators. “I told them, not only do we not want ‘no borders,’ we want the strongest borders you’ve ever seen,” Trump boasted. “America is a sovereign country. We set our immigration rules. We don’t listen to foreign bureaucrats.” The details of the of the Global Compact are yet to be hammered out, but the outline to which the Obama administration signed on, called the “New York Declaration for Refugee and Migrants,” presents a nightmare scenario for immigration restrictionists and border security advocates. The declaration stipulates that participating countries should drop laws criminalizing illegal entry and stop detaining illegal immigrants that are caught. Paragraph 33 “reaffirms:” [T]hat all individuals who have crossed or are seeking to cross international borders are entitled to due process in the assessment of their legal status, entry and stay, we will consider reviewing policies that criminalize crossborder movements. We will also pursue alternatives to detention while these assessments are under way. And later, the declaration calls for the end of all deportations, “encouraging” that “migrants who do not have permission to stay in the country of destination” leave “preferably on a voluntary basis.” Perhaps most disturbingly to a country with as robust a tradition of free speech as the United States, the New York Declaration casts resistance to mass migration as racism, xenophobia, and illegal under international law. Paragraph 13 reads: We recall that our obligations under international law prohibit discrimination of any kind on the basis of race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Yet in many parts of the world we are witnessing, with great concern, increasingly xenophobic and racist responses to refugees and migrants. Paragraph 14 then calls for so called “hate speech” laws to be mandatory: Demonizing refugees or migrants offends profoundly against the values of dignity and equality for every human being … We will take a range of steps to counter such attitudes and behavior, in particular with regard to hate crimes, hate speech and racial violence. In contrast, Trump offered an unapologetic populist-nationalist vision of national sovereignty and local governance. “America is more than a place on a map, it’s a nation, it’s a family,” he told the crowd. “Our agenda is pro-family, pro-police, pro-workers and 100% pro-American.” http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/...ld-immigration/

Well now we completely understand why Europe has become a basket case and what Obama, Hillary and the Globalists had planned for America. The end of our National sovereignty! They were selling America down the drain in order to push their New World Order. Thank God for President Trump.

This is a subject I can stand behind Trump on. Me too. This is a ridiculous idea. This is a national discussion for Americans to decide, not something to leave to the UN. I don't trust half the countries in the UN to decide anything regarding the US.

Your little angels were at it again boys ... LET UM KEEP POURING ACROSS THE BORDER ... until it affects U ... ... http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/12/09/ms-...ong-island.htmlMS-13 foiled in attempt to kidnap, kill teen boy on Long Island Long Island police say they foiled an MS-13 kidnapping and murder plot when they saw the intended 16-year-old male victim being coerced into a van. Plainclothes officers arrested five members and associates of the notorious immigrant street gang on conspiracy charges after Wednesday’s takedown in Brentwood, Newsday reported. President Trump went to Brentwood in July and vowed to crush MS-13, while pledging a tougher approach on immigration. "They have transformed peaceful parks and beautiful quiet neighborhoods into blood-stained killing fields," he said about the gang. "They're animals." Officers told Newsday that two of the suspects, Vidal Contrera-Ortiz, 18, and Miguel Rivera, 20, were illegal immigrants. The three other suspects -- Jorge Bermudez Cedillos, 18; Lilliana Villanueva, 17; and Oscar Fuentes, 18 -- came to the U.S. as unaccompanied minors. All five are Salvadoran, and all but Rivera attend Brentwood High School. Cedillos and Villanueva are ninth graders. Contrera-Ortiz and Fuentes are 11th graders. FEDS CRACK DOWN ON MS-13, BUT IMMIGRATION POLICY LETS NEW RECRUITS IN, FIGURES SHOW The would-be victim also attended Brentwood High. “We were going to take him somewhere private and beat him to death with the bats,” Rivera told police, according to Newsday, which cited court papers. He is said to have admitted being an MS-13 member. Villaneueva told police that she heard Bermudez-Cedillos “say the victim was 18,” referring to a rival gang, Newsday reported. Police declined to say if the intended victim belonged to a gang. Numerous officers were patrolling in Brentwood on Wednesday after police received information a day earlier that three 16-year-old boys were accosted by a group of young men traveling in a van, Suffolk County Police Commissioner Timothy Sini said. Two of the 16-year-olds were hit with baseball bats but were not abducted. “We do believe they were looking to elevate their status in the MS-13 community by carrying out that murder,” Sini said at a press conference. Police in Nassau and Suffolk counties have made hundreds of arrests of suspected MS-13 gang members in the past year. MS-13 has been linked to at least 25 killings on Long Island since January 2016, Newsday reported. The suspects pleaded not guilty at their arraignment and were ordered held on $250,000 bond, according to Newsday.
