Looking ahead to the draft (let's just accept it, everyone) I'm trying to figure out who I'm cheering for/against.
Browns pick: This seems all but tied up. There's an article that, mathematically, we're still not guaranteed the top spot, but that could change with a loss this weekend.
Edit: Just so we're clear, I'm not cheering against the Browns. I hope they win, but I'm also hoping that we can land our franchise QB in the draft, and we'll do that with the #1 pick.
What I'm really curious about is that Houston pick. This weekend, they play Jax, so they should definitely lose... but what else could happen?
Houston is 4-9 (vs Jax) Denver is 4-9 (plays Indy) Chicago is 4-9 (plays Detroit) Tampa is 4-9 (plays Atlanta)
Indy is 3-10 (plays Denver) SanFran is 3-10 (plays Tenn)
NYG is 2-11 (plays Philly)
So we're obviously cheering for Jax. I don't think Houston can catch the Giants at this point (especially with them playing Philly). We want SanFran to keep winning with their shiny new franchise QB (grrrrr). Denver vs Indy is a wash, either one losing works for us, I believe. I don't think Chicago or Tampa have a prayer this weekend.
There are also a handful of 5-win teams that could jump up the draft order.

Collinsworth just relayed a story about how Brock was talking about what a good teacher and coach Hue is.

What's the status of these coaches?
In the going to be fired/already fired camp:
McAdoo Pagano Fox
Maybe:
Joseph del Rio Lewis O'Brien Gruden Koetter
Would be surprised, but understand:
Caldwell Bowles Mularkey
Might Retire:
Arians
Jimmy Haslam is the owner:
Jackson

Not sure what this has to do w/"Other Games," but are you still maintaining that you don't want Hue fired? LOL
Dude, you have been very obvious from early on despite your protests.

Mingo never hurt anybody for us did he? Sorry to see it happen, but my memory doesn't remember him as merchant of menace by any means.

Trub just threw another ugly pick.

I haven't paid much attention to him all year , but he seems erratic and not very pretty

i think Trub would've had a similar year as Kizer if he was here.
i mean, the reality is that both these QB's are super raw, and came in the league way too early.
But it's good that they are starting. They have both flashed some amazing talent.
but unlike Kizer, Trub will most likely have to learn an entirely new system since Fox will probably be fired. Kizer gets another year in the same system.
both will have better talent to work with next year, IF Kizer does indeed start.

If Dorsey gets us our own Kareem hunt then we’re golden.

Trub looks very Kizer-esque. Moments of sheer beauty followed by horrific INTs in the red zone.

I have no idea, jay. I don't have a lot of knowledge about trade value.
I doubt we go after him, but it's nice to see a qb who reads coverages, moves in the pocket to avoid sacks, and has a great command of the offense.

Out of all the possible vet QBs he'd make sense... I can see AJ because of hues history.. plus he wouldn't take a trade...

Forgot about the Saturday games...taped the replay on NFL Network...watched around 2a.m. but fell asleep.
Trub didn't look bad, we have so much more here than Chicago has. But I don't think he was a top 10 pick QB shame he didn't drop for our 2nd pick. I think he would most definitely done better here with Hue and co. training him with our OL pass blocking and lets face it now at this stage of the season we got decent weapons. Gordon, Coleman, Njoku, Devalve, Duke and Crowell.
Their OC is all dink and dunk only can ASSume he is a WCO OC. But never complained about the Garrett pick I am being redundant but its been that none pick of Wentz that PO's me...only bonefish pimped him more than I did. Odd it must be the color we post in...lol
Man I will tell you this, Stafford is going to become damaged goods...he takes on a lot of hits surprised he didn't break his collar bone on the one sack.
We have a very good shot at winning the Bears game...will go on record that we will win that one.
Trub is better than Kizer...but not worth overall #2 for sure. Smith would be a good bridge QB for us. And we should win a lot of games with him in 2018!

enny Britt - WR - Patriots
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports new Patriots WR Kenny Britt is expected to be active Week 15 against the Steelers.
With Chris Hogan (shoulder) not expected to play, Britt will be active less than a week after signing with New England. After showing little effort in Cleveland, Britt turning around his season in New England would be a very Patriots outcome. Still, he is not worth a look in fantasy this week.

Did we ever figure out why the Bills benched Tyrod Taylor for no reason and basically forfeited a game?
They could really use a potential win right now.

Not that it matters, but the Giants might beat the Eagles today. That would be helpful.
