Again though, thats what rookies do...he has to learn from it. No, it’s what bad qbs do So I guess Peyton Manning who has the rookie record for the most INTS thrown was a bad QB? A rookie season, or even one game, define a Qb career it does not.. One big difference though, Manning threw almost as many TDs as he has INTs (26tds to 28ints), Kizer has only 9tds and 19ints.

If Kizer only threw INTs I might be able to talk myself into keeping him, but he also has such inconsistent accuracy that you can't rely on him going forward.

Kizer looks really, really inaccurate. Even some of his completion have only been completed because of extra special effort by the receiver. He also seems to panic in the red zone.

How many Int's and lost fumbles does Kizer have now ... anyone? like 30 Charlie Whitehurst is availbable, NO? What is RG3 up too? I know Austin Davis is a free agent. I think Hue could lose with Brady and Gronk! I really do. Nothing overtrumps bad coaching. But who can hold this one against him, nobody can overcome a 4 turnover deficit, unless... Unless you are the Steelers playing the Browns on a day where Dqwell Jackson and the nose tackle got together and decided they knew how to force fumble and almost had 4 or maybe FIVE and the game was still in doubt with 5 minutes to play.

kizer just dragged the whole season down with him this year. Lol, Kizer was holding back this juggernaut of a team this year? We would have on a game with Osweiler. Just a game. I bet Brock would have won a couple-3 games but the whole Kizer dragged down the whole season bit is kinda divorced from the reality of the lack of talent. I think the opposite of his comment is more true, Kizer's rookie reputation and perception was (probably irrevocably)dragged down by this team.

Folks expecting Kizer to be an average NFL Qb or better as a 21 year old rookie had unrealistic expectations. Throwing into bad coverage, holding the ball too long, taking sacks, and throwing INTS are all things rookie QB do...Kizer is a guy that is going to require a time investment. He will be a good Qb, it just won't be till late 2018 early 2019 or so.... this time next year folks will be saying how much trash Rosen/Darnold/Mayfield/whoever is...the problem isn't the QB, the problem is the fans inability to be patient enough to develop a QB. Rosen/Darnold/Mayfield/whoever is is also a 2-3 year project, and his status as a #1 overall pick won't change that. I feel bad for those who think it will though...as Bill Parcells said...Big Ben was a RARE case in NFL Qb being that good as rookies, its not the norm, its an outlier....our chances of one of those guys being that good right out the gate is very very very slim..an ice cube has a better chance of surviving in Hades then we do of getting something like that...there isn't evne a Luck caliber Qb in this upcoming draft. i'll continue to sit back and chukle as Browns fans are calling their 1st rd Qb next year trash...

The big difference is you could see the “it” factor with Peyton. I don’t see it with Kizer. He doesn’t seem to learn from mistakes. I do not see accuracy, He’s not expanding his field knowledge or developing in depth playbook knowledge either
