I think haslam doesn’t want the reputation the browns have if getting rid of the coaches quickly to keep going to a fault. The one time everyone would say yeah, this coach deserves to be fired and he comes out and says he’s going to come back. We need a team president that has experience running a team and remove haslam from the equation
