LMFAO...0-16! SUCK on that Jimmy Haslam! You lying scumbag thief! You will NEVER be able to get away from that record no matter where you go in life as an organizational leader. May karma visit you in every way possible to pay you back for what YOU did to this once proud NFL organization, the city of Cleveland and the fans who donated their hard earned money to your SCAM of an operation. If you have ANY shred of decency left, you will sell the team and NEVER be heard from again in any way when it comes to professional sports anywhere.
After 55 years, I'm walking away from this dumpster fire. Good luck to everyone who continues to hang on. You'll need it.
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."
No, this organization was just as rudderless with you as it is with this guy.
To be fair ... Lerner's worst season(s) were 4-12. Haslam has won 4 games in 3 years.
0 - 16 is bad enough .... what makes it even worse ...
We lost to THERE BACK UPS ... ya ... THERE BACK UPS ...
What's with all this outrage about losing to their backups? We lost to their backups last year too. It's not something new. Losing. It's just what the Browns do. It is an organization filled with losers from Haslam to Hue to the players.
If you're not used to it by now, you might want to start the acceptance stage. It's not going to get any better next season. The Browns will 100% botch the draft. It's what they do. If they happen to be smart enough to take Rosen, he'll likely get injured before game 1. Because even when the Browns make good decisions, something else will derail progress. But this organization is the absolute worst I have ever seen in handling adversity and completely wilt at what are normal occurrences for the other 31 teams. Our schedule will probably start out Steelers, Ravens, Bengals next year. That's 0-3. Fingers will start to get pointed like they always do. And Haslam has made sure a power struggle will ensue with his organizational structure. At 0-8 Hue will be out, and we will be waiting for 2019 to "start over".
As for Dee, her only crime that I can see is that she is allowing her husband to make these decisions. I can't imagine she's on board with it, but for some reason he seems to be calling the shots. Either that, or the snake oil salesman Hue has really gotten to both of them.
I stand by my earlier statement. On the way to another 0-16 season next year, you will start reading articles about the NFL stepping in.
Look at the bright side. If Hue can win all 16 games for the next two years..he will break just over a .500 winning percentage as a head coach. Now thats hard to digest. As an owner its like dropping your last 10.00 into slot machine after losing 10k in that same damn machine..
I just cringe thinking about the ineptitude that has been running our franchise since 99 ... Lerner, Haslam, Policy, Palmer, Kokinis, Holmgren, Farmer, Sashi ... LOL just asinine

Quite frankly to me 8-8, 5-11, 4-12, 1-15 or 0-16...it doesn't matter if you don't get in the playoffs the team is a failure pure and simple.
This team has failed except for 2002 since 1999. 18 seasons of failure.
I'm not looking to burn an owner at the stake. I looking to see this franchise finally climb out of the hole we have been in since 1999.
Haslam went out and built the team with Hue Jackson as its HC did he find his Chuck Noles?
He put together a FO with 3 Harvard guys as it was different. Hue the main cog in this was being ignored by the FO so he made a change this season with firing Sashi and hiring Dorsey. Last I looked the 2 Harvard guys remaining are still here. So it was not a total redo in the FO.
This was a tweak by Haslam. He's been involved with meetings but has not micro managed the team. He just wants to know what is going on. He attended a lot of the Steelers at the time he was there so its not like this is a foreign affair with him.
This new era started in 2016 is going into the 3rd season and is set up to make a tremendous move.
I'm looking to become a viable competitive franchise that will compete for the Division and the NFL Championship for a long time.
We were promised Continuity and we have it.
Yes, the villagers are lighting the bon fires to burn whoever they can get their hands on...after all we were 1-15 and 0-16 with this set up.
Sashi was fired for not getting the most important variable in making a team...QB
Lets get it done, lets use our cap in FA and lets continue the talent infusion through the draft. 2016 and 2017 drafted and UDFA players have gained experience and will progress!
I want to see this through which we haven't done in a long time.
Winning is the cure all!
Its like rain in the dessert - when it happens all the flowers pop out of nowhere and bloom. Well when we start winning so will the Fan support.
jmho
Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off! Go Browns! CHRIST HAS RISEN! GM Strong! & Stay safe everyone!
Lerner's father helped move the original Cleveland Browns. We've been in bed with thieves our entire existence. If I was a Cleveland Resident, I'd be running for Mayor and my only promise would be that I would enact eminent domain on the Cleveland Browns, with the promise to break up the shares ala the Packers.
