Sever flooding near Boston right now. Ice shoving on shore. Worse blizzard conditions since 76. We've got 14" so far in NH. Woo Hoo in for a ride!

Might want to quick edit your post for the words I bolded. I don't want anyone saying you can't read or write. Just a heads up for you.

The #bombcyclone is a true meteorological spectacle -- moisture being siphoned northward from the deep tropics like a river in the sky, wrapping around a tight, eye-like center near the U.S. East Coast. #WinterStormGrayson

https://twitter.com/BenNollWeather/status/948948917814571008

A closer look shows more detail: colder, drier Arctic air punching eastward from the CONUS into the storm's center while moist, unstable air is shooting northward from the West Atlantic into the Northeast.

Yeah, an occasional spelling error equals 20 of them in one post. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the kind of person who points such things out, but a false equivalency certainly doesn't bolster what you posted.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Got it. However, wasn't long ago he was harping on others spelling mistakes. And, it was even less time ago that a group of people went after diam for his spelling. They're, their, there.

They seemed to take glee in it. As you say: I give what I get.

Maybe some others do that as well?

To be correct, that is a grammatical error, not a spelling error.
The word he chose is spelled correctly. He just should have gone with the superlative adjective instead of the comparative adjective.

This is what the results of a 2 1/2 foot blizzard look like. (30 inches)

The next day, no one leaves because plows can’t get through until bobcats can clear a channel.

P.S. It's freakin' cold here in Ohio too. And by the looks of the below 'live' weather map? Everywhere else in America.

Boston is drowning in historic 15ft flood of icy water - trapping people in cars and homes - as 'bomb cyclone' storm explodes over Northeast closing schools, cancelling 4,000 flights and killing six

I live in the south too. Looking at a map, even a little further south.

It's 14 outside right now. It doesn't get this cold but maybe every 3-4 years. At least I can look at the forecast and 50's by the middle of next week. Most on the board won't see 50's until April.

We’re supposed to be 51 today. We’re above the 45th parallel even. It’s good to be on the west coast and have the ocean keep us warm.

We survived. Most highways and streets are clear and everyone's back to work. It's how we roll.

They just keep making these names up.

Remember the polar vortex and atmospheric river? And the naming of winter storms?

Silliness.

Its 1 degree here today and its snowing. Talk about adding insult to injury. I let the dogs out this morning and neither went further than 5 feet from the side door, just did their bidness on the driveway and ran right back to the door.

The catch phrase around here the last couple years for a cold snap has been "Alberta Clipper".
