this is from the atlantic and include the following questions on the the test (30 points total). I would hope the dude with the nuclear codes could figure this one out. it is more like a kindergarten entrance test.
The Montreal Cognitive Assessment is a 10-minute test. It’s one of the commonly used screening exams for dementia. The questions on the test vary in difficulty, but they include:
Six points for knowing the date and where you are.
One point if you can identify what a train and a bicycle have in common, and another for watch and ruler.
Three points for correctly identifying pictures of a lion, camel, and rhinoceros.
Another point if you can repeat the phrase “I only know that John is the one to help today.”
Another point if you can read the following letters: FBACMNAAJKLBAFAKDEAAAJAMOFAAB.
Three points if you can draw a clock that indicates the time “10 past 11.”

At my last semi-annual Dr appointment I brought up that I felt my memory was slipping. I had began pausing fro periods of 3-10 seconds searching for a word or term I often use. After the balance of his questions and examinations he told his nurse was going to give me a cognitive test and I am pretty sure all of these were on it. I barely passed but did not have issues with any of the questions above.
I know the hardest thing for me was 2 parts. One was they read 5 or 6 words at the beginning of the test. I had to repeat them back immediately, in the middle of the exercise and again at the end. I was terrible at that.
The other was they were going to give me a letter of the alphabet and I had one minute to say as many words as I could think of that started with it. No proper names and no forms of a word I used previously such as love, lovely, living etc. The letter they gave me was F and I really struggled. She said if I had gotten one less than my total they could have had to expand my test. I live in a very small town so I walked to the appointment and the whole way home letters beginning with F kept popping into my head.
However I did manage to blow them away with math. They told me to start at 100 and count down by 7. I ripped the numbers off and after 4 very quick numbers she told me to stop and said that was the fastest she had ever heard.
I also had to draw a "3D" rectangular box.
The questions above were the easiest part by far. I assume the "date and where you are" type question was to determine just how serious it is should you have a problem. I was never told how many points I received for each question but I struggle to believe you get 6 for the date but they did tell me that the 26 score I got was just passing to the point where more tests would have been necessary.
We've already had one poster completely lose his mind over the President. I hope you don't become the second.
oh there have been many more than 1 1 am sure.
I have been here a long time and I am seeing the decline of a few on here. Once great men, talented actually, reduced to typing drivel and snark.
I would reach out to help them but unfortunately I can't slap what I can't see.
This is funny as hell. 'once great men' lol, you guys just have no boundaries. You sit around in your Trump goggles and make crap up to justify your existence. omg, losers

Are you trying to say that speculating about a man's mental health is outside the bounds of decency?
Trump Derangement Syndrome has seemed to infect 4/5 cons and only 2/5 libs. It's a very weird epidemic.
This suggests the other 1/5 and 3/5 are rational thinking people... I find your position to be utterly preposterous sir! There's no way there's that many.

Funny how the press attempted to body shame Trump for being over weight and they want Oprah to run for President. LOL!!!!
It will be insightful to listen to the same people who are getting on Donald Trump about his weight, turn around and scream racism/sexism/fatphobia when it is inevitably used against Oprah.
You won't hear that from me. I'm fat too and I don't care what others say. I call people fat all the time. Body shaming... pfft.
Oh, and I'll probably lose my mind if Oprah is the Dem nominee. Not that I don't like her as a celebrity, but there are many more suitable/qualified candidates. If Bernie runs again, he better get the nod or I'm done with the Dems. If he doesn't run, I still want a progressive not an establishment candidate.

If Oprah actually ran for president? She would have a hard time losing, me thinks.
I would like to see Bernie run again too, Cold, but I really don't know if he'd try it again. Let's face it: he's getting way up there in age, ran once already and failed. Would he try it again? I don't know, but I wish he would. He's very likable (at least to me).
