I wouldn't rate him a low as Vers has, but it's all opinion. I have a feeling he will go fairly high once backs are pulled off the board.

Agreed. I think he'll go in the top 20.

Sure. I'll bet my 2nd and 3rd running backs go before your 2nd and 3rd running backs. I'd then like to parlay that into saying my two running backs will have better years than your running backs. I got 5 bitcoins left. They're either going to you or Bovada. How much you talking?

The wager question was meant to be friendly. It wasn't some sort of chest-beating "I'm smarter than you" thang.

I don't think Guice will be picked in the top 20. If you do, we can make a friendly little wager. It could be as simple as something to do w/our sig.

Alright. I just remember you wanting to make bets with money previously. Fair enough. I have since posting, looked at the draft order and won't make this bet. Mainly, because I think the Ravens are the only one who would draft him and I don't want to essentially bet on the Ravens doing something good. But I would bet that he is the 2nd back taken and if I lost you could change my sig for a week or two. If you're interested.

I see. Yes, you are right that I wanted to bet your money when you said the Eagles would have a worse record than the Browns two years ago. You didn't accept the bet, but OCD did. We bet $100. He was going to pay me, but I PMed him and told him to keep his money.

That is why I was thinking about a sig bet.

I think there is a decent chance that Guice might be the second back off the board, so I guess we are not going to bet right now. I just don't think any of the backs not named Barkley will be picked in the top 20.

One thing that we do agree on is that there are a lot of pretty good backs in this draft. I think some of these guys might even be available in round 3 and beyond.

First, I don't do the wager thing. I also didn't say he would be in the top 20 picks

I said once backs start being plucked from the board, he will be fairly high. Meaning compared to the position group. It may be in the 2nd round somewhere. Could be even the 3rd if backs aren't taken early. He may not be the 2nd back selected, but I don't think he will be the 10th back selected.

I don't know where you have him rated inside the position group, but your comments made it sound it wasn't very high.

Trent Richardson was a monster at Alabama.

"When his line plays adequately" is quite a qualifier.

That's not to say Guice isn't good, but there are guys I like better.

Adequate for me is when LSU linemen are not running into each other. LSU's line was horrible this year. When given a chance, Guice always capitalized on it. And unlike TRich, Guice is used to running it in pro offense formations. Exactly how Hue prefers it.

I would love to get Guice with the 33rd pick, but I doubt he'd be there. Trading back into the first round if he's there late, like we did with David Njoku last year, makes a lot of sense.

I think Guice was as good or better than Leonard Fournette at times. And like you said, their offense wasn't very well "coordinated."

trade the pick we need a qb and none are worth number 1 get what you can and be smart and last but not least problem with browns they always do whats popular need to do whats smart ie cowboys built a winner by trading away players and building through the draft takes time imagine last year trading down and picking up adams and lattimore which is what they should have done but picked up a guy who stayed injured in college surprise injured in the league i hope he pans out it does not matter how good you are if you not the field

they want to get rid of Richardson so they can sign cousin and the first pick is worth 3000 points the six pick is worth i think maybe 1800 second pick worth maybe 550 that's only 2300 need another second to get close and the salary dump is the deal maker

I don't know what any of that means or what it has to do with my question.
