Violent criminals among illegal immigrants caught in California raid derailed by Dem mayor
A sweep of Northern California by federal immigration officials this week, which was partly thwarted when the Oakland mayor sounded the alarm, nabbed a number of illegal immigrants convicted of a variety of serious and violent crimes.
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials announced this week that the four-day raid led to the arrest of 232 illegal immigrants in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Of those 232, 180 “were either convicted criminals, had been issued a final order of removal and failed to depart the United States, or had been previously removed” from the country and had come back illegally.
The arrests included 115 who "had prior felony convictions for serious or violent offenses, such as child sex crimes, weapons charges and assault, or had past convictions for significant or multiple misdemeanors."
The numbers might have been greater, but for the intervention of Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, who tweeted out a warning of the impending raid, tipping off others who might have been caught.
Acting ICE Director Tom Homan said on "Fox & Friends" that Schaaf’s warning meant that there are roughly 800 illegal immigrants they were unable to locate.
"What she did is no better than a gang lookout yelling 'police' when a police cruiser comes in the neighborhood, except she did it to a whole community. This is beyond the pale," he said.
An ICE spokesperson gave Fox News a list of the types of crimes for which those arrested in the raid had been convicted. They cover a range of bad behavior: aggravated assault, murder, hit-run, lewd acts with a minor, burglary, cruelty toward a child, indecent exposure, domestic violence, drug trafficking, battery, sex offenses and false imprisonment.
ICE pointed, in particular, to the case of Armando Nunez-Salgado, a Mexican gang member who had been deported four times and had convictions including assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, hit-and-run causing injury and evasion of a police officer.
Another deportee was a Mexican gang member with convictions for, among other things, possession of a dangerous weapon, spousal abuse, burglary and battery on a police officer.

Officials were furious with the Oakland mayor's actions to diminish the effectiveness of the raid.
In a statement, ICE also said that recent legislation has hurt the agency’s ability to enforce immigration laws.
“Recent legislation has negatively impacted ICE operations in California by nearly eliminating all cooperation and communication with our law enforcement partners in the state by prohibiting local law enforcement from contracting with the federal government to house detainees,” the statement said.
“Ultimately, efforts by local politicians have shielded removable criminal aliens from immigration enforcement and created another magnet for more illegal immigration, all at the expense of the safety and security of the very people it purports to protect,” it said.

I want to see the Mayor charged for the crime she committed and for putting law enforcement in harm's way.

“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
Some undocumented migrants do bad things. Most undocumented migrants come here to do good things. Should we let the scumbags who do bad things make life worse for those who contribute in our society?
Some Christians look to oppress people based on their beliefs. most Christians look to spread the love of Christ through freedom in beliefs. Should we let the scumbags who do bad things through religion make life worse for those do well with Christianity in our society?

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization or local government) commits a federal felony when he:
-assists an alien whom he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him to obtain employment, -encourages that alien to remain in the U.S., by referring him to an employer, by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or -knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.
Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime.
It is a violation of law for any person to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection in any place, including any building or means of transportation, any alien who is in the United States in violation of law.16 Harboring means any conduct that tends to substantially facilitate an alien to remain in the U.S. illegally.17 The sheltering need not be clandestine, and harboring covers aliens arrested outdoors, as well as in a building. This provision includes harboring an alien who entered the U.S. legally, but has since lost his legal status.
What is your fascination with undocumented migrants?
They are not migrants. They are invaders how have broken many laws just to be here. They don't have permission to be here but they break the laws of our land to come or stay here illegally. They are criminals. There is no sugar coating it. They are career criminals. People who lie and cheat so they can try to get away with breaking major federal laws are not innocent. I have no sympathy at all for lawbreakers. Cowards and criminals are humans too but that doesn't mean I will open my home up for them like a fool.

Diam can you show me how to set an alert for race baiting immigrant dehumanizing articles from Fox News and the far right? I would like very much to see how many you don't post here.
I sometimes wonder if you crap yourself every time you see somebody a different shade than you, or dressed different, or different sexuality, or follows a different religion, or has different politics... You must spend a fortune in adult diapers.
I've also contemplated if these articles you post bring you some other sorted satisfaction. Perhaps they arouse or amuse you in some way? Maybe it's a morbid perversion of sorts? Maybe you are truly terrified for some unknown reason?
If only we had Dr. Freud here to help. Maybe your mother or nanny was illegal? Maybe an illegal abused you in some way? Maybe an illegal had a relationship with your daughter? or mom? or nanny? Maybe you just have a need to hate?
I'm not sure we'll ever know why Diam, but I can't wait for your next article to be posted! Thanks for the post bro.

They problem with your line of thinking on this is that 1. if those scumbags break the law - they are sent to jail, or if they oppress people they lose their job, etc.

Just like his leader Obama could not bring himself to even say, "Radical Islamic Terrorists", Rocket can not even bring himself to say "Illegal Aliens". He calls them "undocumented migrants".
Appearantly until its one of their mothers or wives in the video above they have ZERO EMPATHY for dead americans and their families ...
Yo Rocket ... is this REALISTIC or just fake news? ... do u know anyone who has two daughters ... i have friends with 2 daughters ... and man would they be UPSET if this happend to their wives ... maybe the guys u know with two daughters don’t care that much about their families .. my buds do though .. does that make them racist also ... ...

I don't know how Rocket teaches, so I cant really comment. However I will say that I believe ANY and ALL teachers - should stick to teaching and not preaching. They are paid to teach FACTS, not their political opinions.
Yes, and when I have, and was caught, I paid the price the law dictated.

Do you always follow the speed limit?
Pretty much. Wife, son, daughter, friends - they all call me a slow driver. My response is "I don't want a ticket. If you think we're going to be late, you should've been ready to leave earlier." However, if I get a ticket for speeding, I pay the fine. And the increase in insurance costs. I surely don't attempt to call myself an "undocumented speed challenged driver".
But, I noticed you said you always drive 5 mph over the speed limit because you are in a hurry to get where you're going. It's all about you, eh?

Have you ever downloaded music, television shows, or movies in a nefarious manner?
No.

Have you ever jaywalked?
Yup. And if I were to get a ticket, guess what I'd do? I'd pay the fine. I certainly wouldn't call myself an 'undocumented transportation lane crosser."

Nope.

You've broken the law if you've done any of those. You can get labeled "illegal", too.
Correct. But, the difference is, if caught, I, we, you pay the penalty.

You use the term illegal immigrants to dehuamnize the individuals, and to purport some silly idea to build a waste of a money wall.
Nah, the term illegal immigrant is the proper term. See, you have it backwards, really.
You choose to go the PC way in an attempt to 'soften' what they are: illegal.
But, I see what you're getting at.
If a person without a drivers license, and no insurance, gets caught driving, that would be described by you as "he/she is just an undocumented commuter, that is insurance deprived, and certainly the only reason they were driving was because they simply wanted to better their life by undocumentably driving to the store to purchase life enhancing nourishment for their family."
I'd love to have a discussion with you, or others, but it's not a discussion. It's you, or others, changing the terminology at first mention of 'illegal', and from there it becomes preaching, and I know more than you.
Let's discuss solutions - that would be great. I have nothing against immigrants. Around here, we used to have migrant workers - a lot. Since I was young then, I don't know if they were legal or not.
Green cards, visa's, making 'illegals' legal quicker, and how to do it, safely. Let's discuss those things.
But, too many get hung up on "illegal" and try to change the term. Illegal is illegal.
Let's find a solution. As a teacher, you should be all for that, not?
I'm sure most illegals are hardworking. In fact, I would even suppose percentage wise, they work more than many citizens. I have nothing to back that up, though.
But just because many/most of them work, and are only here to better themselves, we're supposed to ignore the law? I don't get that.
I work. I could better my family if I robbed a bank - and truthfully, no one would be hurt, as banks are FDIC insured, meaning no money I took would penalize any individual or the bank. Would you call me, or someone that did that an "undocumented financial exchange purveyor, only looking to improve himself/herself and their family?
Some undocumented migrants do bad things. Most undocumented migrants come here to do good things. Should we let the scumbags who do bad things make life worse for those who contribute in our society?
I really wish there was a way to tell the difference.. On one hand, I want a program that allows for empathy for those who mean us no harm.. on the other hand, we have to be a nation of laws. We cannot function in a system where people are allowed to pick and choose which laws get enforced.
It does sicken me that we can't find a single way to work around the system to correct a technicality and keep a convicted pedophile in jail... but at the same time, an elected official, is allowed to yell "RUN!!!" to a different group of violent criminals and will likely face no consequences.
I will only post part of the article because it's fairly long:
Quote:
The New York Times published Culbertson’s letter under the sensational headline: “To Ambush the Soldiers: A Murderous Plan of the Indians Revealed.”
Tension heightened day after day. It was a paralyzing standoff — one side danced while the other tapped his trigger. “When the Indians…wake up to-morrow morning they will find themselves surrounded by the strongest body of United States troops which has been mustered in the West since the defeat of Geronimo,” the Times reported. Days later, “They are being closely watched, for Indian blood runs very thick.”
Then on Dec. 15, agents asked Sitting Bull, a famous Lakota resistance leader, to command his people to cease dancing. He refused. They arrested him. Amidst the struggle, shots were fired on both sides. Sitting Bull was killed.
That’s when the US deployed the Seventh Cavalry.
On Dec. 28, 500 troops escorted about 350 Sioux men, women, and children to Wounded Knee Creek and positioned their Hotchkiss guns over the camp. The following morning soldiers commanded the Indians to disarm. They did, and began another Ghost Dance, praying that the soldiers be scattered like dust in the air. The soldiers gathered remaining guns, but a deaf man named Black Coyote didn’t understand and refused the order. A scuffle ensued, during which a shot rang out. It is unclear from which side. American troops commenced shooting indiscriminately and at close range on mostly unarmed Indian people. As women and children fled into the fields, they were hunted down and shot.
In less than one hour, at least 150 Sioux were killed.
The Battle of Wyoming (also known as the Wyoming Massacre) was an encounter during the American Revolutionary War between American Patriots and Loyalists accompanied by Iroquois raiders that took place in the Wyoming Valley of Pennsylvania on July 3, 1778. More than three hundred Patriots were killed in the battle.
After the battle, settlers claimed that the Iroquois raiders had hunted and killed fleeing Patriots, before using ritual torture against 30-40 who had surrendered, until they died.
This is horrifying. We should remove all white people from our country as soon as possible.

A sex offender was released on parole. Weeks later, authorities say, he raped a 7-year-old girl. By Kristine Phillips June 23, 2017 Email the author

Corbin Breitenbach was sentenced in 2013 for a sex crime against a 22-year-old woman.
He was released on parole at the end of April, after serving four years in prison of his 5 1/2-year sentence. Then, authorities say, six weeks after he was released from the Kansas Department of Corrections, Breitenbach attacked again.
This time, the victim was a 7-year-old girl.
Authorities say Breitenbach went into the child’s bedroom in an apartment complex in Wichita. He strangled the girl until she was unconscious and took her to an outdoor balcony, where he raped her, authorities say.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. on June 11, authorities say. The 23-year-old was arrested days later and was charged this week with capital attempted murder, aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated burglary.
Sedgwick County District Attorney Mark Bennett said that although authorities believe Breitenbach raped the child, they did not charge him with rape because that offense is already incorporated in the capital attempted murder charge.
Under Kansas law, suspects can be charged with capital murder or capital attempted murder when they’re also accused of kidnapping somebody age 14 or under with the intention of committing a sex offense against the child. State law defines sex offense as rape, sexual exploitation of a child, selling sexual relations and other related offenses. In Breitenbach’s case, authorities say he tried to kill the young girl by strangling her; they also say that he kidnapped her by taking her to an outdoor balcony and raped her there.
If convicted, Breitenbach could face life in prison.
[Sex offender recently released from prison is charged with rape, murder of Ohio State student] Corbin Breitenbach. (Sedgwick County Jail)
It’s unclear how investigators identified Breitenbach as the suspect in the girl’s rape. Bennett said he couldn’t discuss the evidence of the case. Local media reported that he did not know the girl, but that he has a girlfriend who lives in the same apartment complex.
Breitenbach is being held on a $1 million bond. His court-appointed attorney did not return a call seeking comment.
On June 21, 2012, almost exactly five years before the recent incident involving the young girl, authorities say Breitenbach raped a woman he knew through a mutual friend. Breitenbach, who was 18 at the time, approached the woman and choked her until she passed out. The woman’s fiance found her unconscious in bed following the assault, the Wichita Eagle reported.
Breitenbach was charged with rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated battery, court records show.
But after taking a plea deal, he was convicted of lesser charges, of three aggravated sexual battery counts. He was sentenced to 5 1/2 years in prison, the maximum punishment allowed for those charges for someone with no criminal history, prosecutors said. Breitenbach was also required to register as a sex offender.
Under Kansas law, inmates are eligible for release after serving 85 percent of their sentence. Breitenbach was paroled on April 28, roughly four years after he was sentenced. Records show he also received credit for the 10 months he spent in jail while the criminal case was pending.
While in prison, Breitenbach had more than 30 disciplinary reports that included disobeying orders, fighting, dangerous contraband and insubordination, prison records show. But apparently, nothing was severe enough to lengthen his sentence.
[A woman married a paroled murderer. Years later, he killed all her children.]
Bennett, the district attorney, said there’s nothing authorities could have done to prevent Breitenbach from committing another crime after his release. He had no parole violations and no active warrants, and was reporting to his parole officer as required, Bennett said.
“He reported to his parole officer four or five days before the crime,” Bennett said.
You know...........if a poster wanted to, he could find horrible articles about illegal immigrants, about white people, black people, Asians, people from the Middle East, S. America, Canada, Europeans, males, females, the elderly, teens, pre-teens, religious people, atheists, and quite frankly from every group of people who populate the Earth.
My personal opinion is that much more light is shed on the people who continually post one-sided news stories that are intended to paint an entire group of people in a negative light than the group that is being identified.
It's sad that so many people go through life w/such a hateful, biased, and fearful view of those who are not like them.
So, if you are here legally.........it's okay to commit crimes like rape and murder? However, it's completely unacceptable for a person to live in this country and live a good, clean life w/out proper citizenship?
Whatever.........I hope I made my point. We can post articles that identify criminal acts from all groups of people. To pick on one group is narrow minded, hateful, and bigoted.

You are correct, everyone has people of their own color that commit crimes. The ones that are in the US legally are held accountable by our laws, why should the ones here illegally not be held accountable by our laws?
