LOL the GOP would be all for instant citizenship if there was a way to marry that to forcing them to vote Republican. No one with any sense thinks that’s not why your elected party members are acting in the manner they do. They could’ve solved this long ago, but they’d rather keep yet another carrot in front of a desperate voting block rather than solve the issue.

US appeals court upholds Texas law targeting sanctuary citiesIn a new ruling, a federal appeals court has upheld most of Texas law targeting sanctuary cities in what some are calling the toughest state-level immigration measure in the country. Tuesday’s ruling by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans allows police officers in Texas to ask people their immigration status during routine stops. It also threatens officials with jail time for not cooperating with federal immigration authorities. Republican Gov. Actually the Senate and Congress agreed to a bill that was torpedoed by Donny at the last hour when he threatened to Veto the bill. That's because Donny has a wildly unpopular plan that he keeps bragging about. No one in congress wants it, but Don keeps lying to the people that they do. I now think that Congress is in no hurry to sort something out since some federal courts have said DJT could not end DACA. The Supreme Court has refused to hear the case for now. This could be some great political gridlock.
