Fate, One more option your atty may investigate is to check ticket purchases to match any purchasers in your assigned seating area to get their take on security's actions towards you ,verify your account and maybe if they had been pushed shoved and or hit during action against your party. If people paid by card then there should be record of name and location of where that person seated for show. Just a thought and maybe someone else can come forward to help verify your account.

For the record - I won't have much to say here until we decide on a definite course of action. Venue has not responded to my atty's letter and we will meet next Wednesday to decide on action going forward.
