I think we will trade back into the first round. No way we take three guys in the second round when we can take three guys in the first round.

I do like the option of the fifth year option. That's always enticing with the first round pick

I think that is a very good possibility.
I would prefer if we don't use the #33 to do it though. I really like having the 1st pick of day 2, it sets up 1) taking a BPA who shouldn't have slipped out of the 1st round, and 2) a good leverage place for a team anxious to trade for that BPA.

I like that we control the first two rounds of the draft. If the Giants go QB then we really do have the pick of the board at 1, 4 and 33. Even 64, if we keep it, dictates the 3rd round.

I do too, but if a player we might like at the top of the draft in the second round...our thinking could change by a run on that position (CB for instance), then the scales might be titled in such a way as too the possibility.

But yes it is nice to have the options of the first selection at the top of day two with a night to weigh your options.
