where's devil at?
cops can harass some black kids doing nothing, but can't find a naked white guy who shot up a waffle house? WTH man?! Not even warming up anymore before going that route huh? So you don't think he has a good point and shouldn't bring it up? He can bring it up, but just because he brings it up doesn't mean it's relevant to the topic in the least bit. He made his point. A damn good one. You're just taking another route and deflecting away from the poor police work in these cases. Typical Trump/GOP tactic. What is his point? That it should take the same level of effort to find 2 guys loitering in a Starbucks in the middle of the afternoon as it takes to find a guy who just killed people and got a head start running/hiding for his life at 3:00 am?

cops can harass some black kids doing nothing, but can't find a naked white guy who shot up a waffle house? It's noon here in Raleigh, half the cops in town are eating lunch, the other half is standing guard so none of them get shot ... While school children get the local rent a cop who couldn't cut the muster in police academy.

I thought his point was about how minorities are treated differently then whites in just about every situation. But I could be wrong.

Reinking's firearms license was also revoked, according to the report.
The weapons landed back in Reinking's father's possession.
The father admitted to authorities Sunday that he gave the guns back to his son, according to the police statement.
One of the weapons, an AR-15, was allegedly used in the Waffle House slayings, police said. So what your saying is that the laws we have should have prevented this and they did not. Maybe this is the case. If so, that makes a stronger case for better laws, more bans on AR-15's, or just ban them all. he was banned from having the gun - so no its the opposite fact. the ban on him from having the gun did nothing. more laws did nothing. banning him from a gun did nothing. are you blind to that fact. Why did the police give the AR-15 back to his father? There should be a law against that. Are you blind to that fact?

I guess the victim and race card had to come in sooner or later smh
Actually this would be a good time to make a statement and charge the person his father I THINK that gave him his gun\guns back to him illegally with the same culpability as the shooter and come down hard on him

This is exactly why I'm against homicide laws in this country. Look at this Waffle House shooting - the law specifically said that murder was illegal, but it didn't stop this kid from going and committing murder. What good are homicide laws, if people are just going to murder people anyway? In that aspect, they are not. People are going to kill people no matter what. Laws do not prevent anything - all they do is give you a recourse to hold the person responsible and accountable for their actions. That's the entire point we are making, thank you for agreeing.

They do need to review whether returning those guns to the father was legal.. if it wasn't, somebody should pay for that. If it was legal, that sounds like a policy that needs to be revised.... I don't know if that would be the cops decision to give them back or the DA or who would make that decision... The father should also be charged for giving them back to the kid KNOWING they were confiscated and he was no longer legally allowed to have access to them.

I see your point the black kids refused to leave arrest us...the white kid ran and hid, OH the racism they clearly treated the white kid differently. So minorities refuse to leave asked to be arrested cops handled differently than a white kid running and hiding...What were those police thinking.

Not even warming up anymore before going that route huh? i go all in, all the time. be mad all you want, but it seems like justice is swift for minorities, and half-assed when it comes to white guys. apparently naked white guys. Don't worry Swish, there's more than enough black dudes killing in Chicago and getting away with it to make up for the disparity. They only clear between 20 and 30% of cases on average which comes out to several hundred evading swift justice a year. What's Chicago got to do with it? About as much as your BS statement Interesting. You respond quicker to criticism than your colleagues do to actual crimes being committed. Black dudes chilling at Starbucks: Cops get there quickly. White naked dude commits a mass shooting: Cops: eh, we’ll find em when we find em. Will they also take the shooter to Burger King when they find him? Y’all could use the money you illegally take from citizens to pay for it.

The father definitely needs to be held accountable for this. I'm a father. I can't imagine giving my son a gun knowing a history of mental illness or sketchy behavior. I wouldn't even hand him a set of car keys if he had a history of accidents or bad driving habits.

The naked shooter was not allowed BY LAW to have weapons.
The father knowingly gave weapons to a man NOT ALLOWED BY LAW to have weapons. LAW broken.
The man was BANNED by LAW from having any weapons - therefor the LAW was broken when the father gave said weapons to his son - whom was barred from having possession of them.
your missing the entire point that the LAW SAID the man could not have weapons, yet he got them - with no trouble.
So your laws and bans do nothing.

Exactly, all we can do is find the person when they commit these acts, and deal with them then.
I bet you start hanging people and bringing back the firing squad - cases will become less prevalent.

Make sense? I'm guessing you'll still miss the point. Are you sure, because there is a law that prevented the father from giving him the guns, and he got the guns. So if they didn't give the guns to the father, you are saying he couldn't have got A GUN from a friend, or bought one illegally, or stolen one...... you are once again completely missing the point - LAWS already in place were supposed to have stopped this before it happened, and they did not. What are more laws going to do. He was banned from having a gun. If you ban guns, you cant get one - that's what you keep saying. He was banned from a having a gun - but he got a gun. Proof banning anything does nothing. We banned meth, that must be why no one has any of it.....

where's devil at?
cops can harass some black kids doing nothing, but can't find a naked white guy who shot up a waffle house? WTH man?! Not even warming up anymore before going that route huh? i go all in, all the time. be mad all you want, but it seems like justice is swift for minorities, and half-assed when it comes to white guys. apparently naked white guys. Let's do facts ... How long in minutes and seconds did it take the police to arrive at each crime scene? Is this a riddle? Can you do a fact and tell us?

I don't think Diam was the one waiting for the info about amount of the time the police took to get to both cases..... however, you have had I think several weeks now to show how you went from 12% to 25% tax bracket....

The burden of proof relies entirely on the left in this forum. The only time they post facts is to climate deny. If one of us were to say that gravity is real, we would have 4 responses asking for proof. If they'd stop calling us libs, and call us google.

Apparently a lot quicker than it took the cops to respond to a mass shooting incident.
It’s funny watching conservatives suck up to devil on this board, despite the fact that he can barely defend his own profession every time we end up in these discussions.
But it makes sense.
The cops are only moments away when it comes to arresting minorities.
White mass shooters? The funeral home would arrive quicker.
Oh wait, the cops would arrive, but they will just wait outside until they stop hearing shots go off.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
- Theodore Roosevelt
