I will be sitting on my couch alone, just as I like to be when I'm preparing to have my heart ripped out, ground up, tossed on the floor, and fed to dogs.. which is how I usually expect to feel when watching my Cleveland teams participate in something meaningful.
I am honestly as nervous about this draft as I would be if there was a playoff game tonight.. probably because I understand if we get this wrong... that other thing, yea, that's not going to happen. Well, at least you have it better than Grossi! A tradition unlike any other! The home of @TonyGrossi and I for the next three days. https://twitter.com/BGSUGibbs/status/989626723502354432

j/c: If I was John Dorsey I would have told Hue Jackson 30 different things over the last month just to watch it leak out.
“We’re taking Sam Darnold.” “We’re taking Josh Allen.” “We’re taking Bradley Chubb.” “We’re trading the pick to the Bills.” “We’re drafting a parrot.” https://twitter.com/WillBrinson/status/989584662036189184Can we just finally admit to ourselves that Hue Jackson is a media leak slut?

I love draft day craziness..... I do and don't. This is fun, but I hate being surprised. I just want to know what's going to happen at all times. I have never seen so much uncertainty before a draft. Very reliable people are saying totally different things. It's nuts.

I have never seen so much uncertainty before a draft. Very reliable people are saying totally different things. It's nuts. Yup. I have a very tough time with things that I can't control. I generally like to be in control of things that really affect me. It makes me feel better. There's very little I can do but pray that the Browns don't select Josh Allen (which I've done) and write about how much I don't want him on here and on the Twitter.

I love this because we now have day between the draft days for teams to re-calibrate after every day and have more opportunities for trades.
I'm impressed with the Browns front office this year, as they have kept things quiet. In the past, with other regimes, I knew of draft picks and FA signings days before they were announced. I can't wait to see who is drafted and the debate which will follow.

Watch out if the pick is NOT Mayfield. If it is indeed factual that there is a leak, we may perhaps be looking for a new HC very son...o

Random Draft stuff: GC.
Are the Browns done adding tools to put around this new Quarterback?
Now that the Browns will have a quarterback, (allegedly), what are they going to put in place "around him."
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Well let's see Gordon, Landry, Coleman, Njoku Hyde, Duke Is a pretty good start now add Barkley? or another RB and another weapon and I think we are looking pretty good ...

If the Browns still have a roster full of 1st and 2nd year players, doesn't the often reported trade down scenario at #4 overall make less sense than the average year?

Ward seems like a good dude. Don't know much about him personally but was just interviewed and like his energy. Would certainly fill a need and should hold that position down for years.

Question, which is the better venue to watch the draft; ESPN, or NFL Network?

I know some people get the picks even 10 minutes before the pick is announced. I hope people remember and know how to use the spoiler button to hide the picks until people want to read them. and so on. With the S with a / through it spoiler icon option above this window.

Only one future first round pick was given up (Saints to the Packers). Maybe teams are starting to wise up.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."
