I like Nick Chubb. A bit of a luxury I think.

But certainly an upgrade over Matthew Dayes

I like Chubb. My preference was Michel, but he was gone in round 1. (gee, thanks a lot Pats) crazy

See, I preferred Chubb. Michel was a fumbler.

Chubb is a tough runner, and he seemed to run smart. I think he'll do fine.

I prefer Guice, but there's something wrong with the guy.

I like RoJo, but Duke is already on the team (and hopefully in our long-term plans)

I love our RB group now post Crow. Man we need to freaking dial in calls, not abandon and use these guys.

Hyde, Chubb and Duke? Dude come on, let's get it!

I was glad, last year, when we moved up and swiped Njoku out from under the Steelers hands. wink

Nick is a heck of a back. I wanted him, and we got him.

He is a special runner.

Of the highlights I've seen... does this kid catch the ball? I've seen him in wildcat, but does he catch out of the backfield any?

He is, IMO, the best runner in the class. Best vision, sets his pads well and is crazy athletic. And the further he gets from his injury, the better he gets.

you had a good run Hank.

Tell the Cowboys, Jags, and Rams that running backs aren't important. Without Zeke the Boys don't even sniff the playoffs two years ago and without Fournette and Gurley the Jags and Rams don't make the playoffs this past season. Gurley WAS the Rams offense. He was in the discussion as MVP last year.

He was not used much as a receiver out of the backfield, but that was not his role.

Of note was how he looked in receiving drills at his pro day...he won't ever be a Duke Johnson, but I certainly think that Nick can be used in the same way we used Crow as a receiver.

What? That Alonzo Highsmith said Chubb compares to Lewis??

At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.
