Well tough to beat Boston at home, but probably tougher to be a game 7 and standing between the finals and lebron

Why take a shot that early on the clock George?

Honestly, I would rather have Nance than Love on the floor.

Lebron is just amazing. It's scary how good he is.

Gotta go steal a game 7 in Boston now. Tough assignment ..... but we have Lebron, so nothing is out of the question.

Hill and Green were worth 34 points.

George Hill is the key to game 7.

He needs to score 18 for us to win

Lebron is incredible. He's so much better than he even was 2-3 years ago, which is scary

We got a game 7 at least

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

Good call. And you've made thousands of these "good calls" over the years.

About the game:

--I think the key to the game was in the second quarter when the bench guys came in and played w/LeBron. Green, Clarkson, Nance, and Korver provided a lot of energy and changed the ebb and flow of the game.

--Green really stepped it up last night. That was huge after losing Love.

--Speaking of Love, I have a couple of comments regarding him. First, how was that not a foul on Tatum? I don't think it was intentional, but you can't hit a guy in the face w/your head when trying to get through a screen. Secondly, does he get dinged up more than any dude in the league? Sheesh!

--I know one of the geniuses on here says Korver sucks on defense, but the guy is actually a very good team defender. He made several brilliant defensive plays in that game. I would also give him more minutes than JR.

--Nance had his best game. He was very active and played w/more confidence.

--Our rim protection w/Nance, TT, and Green was actually pretty damn good last night.

--I don't like complaining about the refs, but man, we were at home and it sure didn't smell like home cookin'.

--George Hill is the kind of guy you can easily forget about, but he was our glue in the second half last night. He is a much quicker jumper than I thought he was. We needed him last night and he was there.

--What can you say about LeBron? For as much attention as he gets, I think we all [fans and media] sometimes take him for granted. How many guys his age--who weren't just huge post players--maintained their greatness at such an advanced age? I think it is beyond incredible that he still playing at such a high level.

--Well, this series is playing out just the way I said it would. I hope that continues tomorrow night in Boston. Whatever it takes, baby! cool

I love Nance's game, more in mind of a taller Delly. His hustle shows up some loafing. Just seems to be busy and around the ball. He also looked better in extended play the limited minutes.

If we do not pound the paint in 7, we are done. TT could get us some stops too. Any offense we get out of those two is icing. And Nance and LBJ seem to click inside.

Good for The Land! Glad we won too. Weaponize the bench for the Countdown to Finals game 7 in Boston.

Break their hearts.

Find some refs for that game. Not these NBA spectators.

I agree. I think either TT or Nance should be on the floor at all times. We just lose too much D, screening, rebounding, and rim protection w/out one of them in there.

The good news without Love: we can switch everything on defense and it makes it much tougher for Boston.

The bad news: Hill, Green, Nance, etc must be that much better on offense to make up for it

I always wonder, does he just have a flair for the dramatic .... or is he really hurt .... and just had his broken bones mending themselves back together in a matter of seconds? crazy

LOL..........it's not as bad as it used to be, but there have been many times where LeBron has looked like he got shot. He should have a fine career in acting if he so chooses.

I think he's trying to make a point to the refs. The games have gotten way to physical imo. Maybe that's just because our only enforcer is the reformed father, JR Smith.

Lebron reminds me of those over dramatic soccer players. NBA ain’t got nothing on some of those guys acting skills.

LeBron got acting lessons from Varejão. That dude could flop for a 6'11 270 lb man.

Exactly, I was referring to lebron writhing on the ground, and had he not gotten up would have been accurate

Plot twist: love being out increases our chances of winning game 7

I hear you. We got a lot tougher defensively when he went out last night, but bro, I was hoping he would go off on one of his crazy shooting games. That would have made it so much easier on LeBron.

I feel you, but has he done that on the road in the playoffs versus any team not named the raptors?

I mean I love him to death, but against the pacers and Celtics, who really play tough defense with crazy intensity, he’s consistently the only starter on the floor who doesn’t match that level of said intensity.

Every time they get us into pick and roll and have love guarding horford, horford has been eating love alive. Not only on the offensive end but defensively as well.

And if horford gets going, we aren’t winning. But nance and TT have been shutting his ass down. And that’s what we need.

The dream scenario is we win game 7, and we get Love back against hopefully the Rockets. They don’t play D like the pacers and Celtics do.

Why do they have to announce that he's out so early? Why not just say it's a gametime decision?

So he can pull a Willis Reed.

Or probably because he's in the concussion protocol, so he might be required to be out a certain amount of time.
