Yes.

The huge difference is in the studio people. TNT has Ernie, Charles, Kenny, and Shaq. They are awesome! ESPN has Michelle Beadle [who has to the biggest B in the history of television], Rose, Paul P, and Billups. Billups is very good. He's smart as hell, but the chemistry sucks w/that group. I can't even watch that B. And now she and Rose are on the morning show. I refuse to watch it and their ratings suck.

Indeed!

Go Rockets!

Side note, anyone else going to Game 3 of the Finals? I'm taking the fam up to the game. Playoff games at the Q (sans first and second round) are an intense/electric atmosphere.

TNT definitely. Although Hubie Brown is my favorite.

Hubie Brown is awesome. He's getting pretty old, but he's still pretty sharp. In the day, no one could break it down like Hubie.

And I hate admitting this, but I typically hate female announcers in games.

However, Dorris Burke is freaking awesome. She is way better than most of the males. She knows the game. She reminds me of the female version of Hubie.

Here comes the Warriors run...

It seems almost as inevitable as LeBron at this point.

Refs out here trying to hand the warriors the game

Damn, the refs are favoring GS big time.

Yet another reason to hate the Warriors.

You can blame the refs all you want but the Rockets haven't hit much this quarter at all... It's their own fault.

This quarter might be the kiss of death for them?

You can't win a game whiffing all these shots like this, especially against the Warriors.

Yea, the refs aren’t helping, but the rockets have been 0-22 from 3 since the start.

Just jacking up 3’s no matter what. That’s exactly what killed the Celtics

Rockets just broke the nba record...for most consecutive missed 3’s in a game.

Yea looks like nba wanted Cavs/warriors part 4. But how bad is harden under pressure. You can’t seriously give him MVP with lebron still in league.

Cavs in 7. I’m not gonna pick against my own squad...but man, we’re significantly worse than last year, going against the warriors again.

Not looking good.

J/C

I dpnt get the logic in thinkng we can beat the Rockets, who took GS to 7 games, and if they hadnt gone cold from 3 should have beaten GS, but then think we cant beat the Warriors.

I dont know man, Lebron seems to be on this whole other level of unstoppable this year. I will be honest, I dont like Lebron all that much, but holy jesus I have not seen a player in my lifetime who is as physically dominant as Lebron has been . The only comparison I can think of, and this was just on tape, was watching Jim Brown run. Just looks like a man among boys.

The reason people wanted the rockets is because they play like us. A ton of ISO ball with 3’s and layups.

Their defense is also suspect like ours, and when they are cold from 3point, they are VERY cold, as we just saw.

The warriors have 4 guys that can take over the game. 3’s, lobs, layups, mid range, and nasty defense.

They also move the ball constantly, and do very little ISO.

Cavs vs. Warriors part IV.

My head says that this will be a carbon copy of last year. Warriors in 5.

There is a very slight chance that we take one of the first two games and put the Warriors on their heels. Very slight but I think that is our only shot.

Going into the series this year we have 0 pressure. 0 expectations to beat the Warriors. All the pressure is on them, just like in 2016. If we can steal one of the first two games, we steal the psychological advantage and have a shot at stealing the series.

Yea, I don't know about that either.. and I think the road this team had to the finals was significantly more difficult than in the last couple years..

As for GSW, Cavs are going to get blown out in a game or 2 (which is ok with me, but it better be on the road), Cavs need to hold serve at home.. and if GSW plays a half like they did in the first half tonight, Cavs need to win that game going away.. The challenge with GSW is that they can get cold and they can get sloppy for periods of time but no lead is ever safe.. they can erase a 15 point lead in 5 possessions if you start turning the ball over or taking stupid shots (both of which the Cavs have been known to do at times)... In the end, the Cavs need to steal one on the road, I'm hoping it's one of the first two because the deeper the series gets, the harder it will be.

GSW really hit their stride last night. Wow, they can get it going like no other team I'v ever seen.

They will walk to the title. I don't think we'll back down, but winning more than 1 against them is a miracle.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

A hobbled CP3 and Houston's lack of Finals experience is why I thought we had a better shot against them than GS.

Finals. Place your bets. LBJ.

This will be psychological warfare as well. James got into some heads before. I think we need to address a few things as a team. "Part of our DNA." Cute quote that has cut our throat. Our love of the fast 3 miss has crippled us in losses. Refusal to follow and contest forced shots often. Giving up endless layups. Take a hard look at at how we help ourselves win and simply do what wins, and show discipline in dialing back crappy possessions.

These games will need to be shortened. We are tough to handle if we run hard, and we need to build on quality minutes from bench. Not the team I wanted to play from the West. But rwebetter get after them hard early. Pressure. Whatever that takes.

Gentlemen's sweep is about as good as we can hope, barring any injury to GSW. They are the most complete team in a very long time. Everything they do well on offense, we don't defend well. Their defense is top 5. Its going to be alot like 2007. Those saying this team is worse than last years, it most certainly is..Kyrie is a huge loss. He was the guy that could take some work off lebron. I think guys like RJ and Channing could have been a huge help in the playoffs. Now we go as far as lebron can take us. But beating boston's role players in 7 is going to be alot different than GSW at full strength. Swap out Brown and rozier for Kyrie/Gordon and how do we think that series goes? The truth is we are going to need atleast 4 guys every night to get close to 20. We don't have the personnel to defend like Houston did, so we are going to have to outscore them ala 2016
